We got to our new medium sized flat 5 minutes away from south Bradford. It was the perfect size for just us two. It was a two bedroom, two bath .. spacious like flat. But in Miami the flats are bigger so we need some space, so it's good to have a least as much space as we can afford.

I fell asleep in my empty, pail room. As I was falling asleep I looked at the dull walls and planned inside my head what I would paint my walls and do for my room. I quickly searched for a store like micheals here because I'm 99.99% sure that they don't have that store here. I also looked for a local hardware store where we can get the paint, lights, screws, and such.

I later settled my phone down on the wooden floor and plugged it right back in the electricity. I snuggled into my soft pillows and pulled up the hoodie of my sweatshirt and thought to myself "So this is what it's like living in the cold. "

-morning-

I woke up to the bare windows in my bedroom. I slowly opened my eyes adjusting to the bright light trying to blind me. I turned over and checked my phone great it feels like its 9 but it's 6 freakin jet leg. I turned towards opposite way in which the light wasn't in my eyes. I closed my eyes once more trying to get some sleep for the very busy day awaiting us.

About an hour later I decided to get my lazy bum out of my mattress because I still don't call it a bed. I walked to my bathroom and turned on the warm water as I washed my face and hands. I sighed and changed into a comfy outfit that suited the weather. I grabbed my boots and walked downstairs. I gently put them next to the door trying not to make a loud thud knowing I would drop them. I looked into the fridge and face palmed myself. I searched for a Starbucks and walked to it. It was only a block away so it didn't bother me at all knowing if I don't have coffee I'll be the worst person ever.

I ordered a pumpkin spice late and double chocolate chip frappes for both of us along with some cake pops. I set down the Starbucks on the counter considering that the people that lived here before didn't leave not that many tables. We still had a month before collage to get everything prepared and steady so that we don't have to do all of the transformation with books all over the house. They did leave some cleaning supplies so I figured since Kylie isn't up why don't I clean to buy us some time. I changed into some other clothes before mopped the whole house and cleaned the bathrooms fully and then I got distracted buy the noise of footsteps. It's 9am when I checked the clock. She got dressed and I gave her, her breakfast as I told her the plan and she nodded. We painted all of our walls and stayed up until 3 painted every single wall that was left. Next step for tomorrow is to actually get furniture and then do some DIYs for the house. I think tomorrow is going to be as tiring as today but much more stressful.
