Prompt: Phil broke up with Dan 1 year ago, Dan still loves him but Phil acts like everything is ok

It was a cold winter night and Dan was laying on his bed with tears streaming down his face. Since the break up, it seems like the only thing he has been doing is crying every night.

On the other side of the wall, Phil could hear Dan crying. He knows how much his hurting, as he falls asleep. He knows it's his fault and he knows the feeling is mutual that they still love each other but his ego was too big to admit he was wrong.

Flashback
"IF YOU'D JUST LISTEN TO ME FOR ONCE THIS WOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED! " Phil screamed at Dan because there was a picture of them kissing in Starbucks going around the internet. Thank god they managed to convince people that it was photoshoped.
"Phil I'm sorry, I didn't...."
"I TOLD YOU WE SHOULDN'T BE KISSING IN PUBLIC BUT WHEN DO YOU EVER LISTEN TO ME"
"Phil, I really didn't ....I'm sorry...I ...."tears were streaming down his face as he was trembling, he didn't like how his usual calm boyfriend was screaming at him. He felt almost afraid.
"This isn't working out ...."
"Wait, what!? Phil ..no...You can't say that ....I can't lose you ...please no....no... don't do this"
"Dan I can't do this anymore "Phil walked into his room leaving Dan alone as he broke down in the middle of the living room.
"But I love you..."Dan whispered to himself.
Few months later, it seemed like nothing even happen and they were back to pretending they were just friends.
Flashback end

The next day
Dan was making coffee in the kitchen as he sighed remembering how Phi used to wrap his arms around him while he made them coffee. He smiled to himself remembering the fond memories.

Suddenly, he felt the familiar pair of arms around him and a weight on his shoulders. He stopped what he was doing as he felt Phil nuzzle into the crook of his neck. He didn't know what to say so he stood there silently enjoying the painful moment.

"Dan....I never wanna hear you cry again , I hear you cry every night and i just can't take it anymore ,I still love you Daniel , I want you, I need you...please take me back. I'm sorry for what I've said. What I've done....please...take me back..."

There was moment of silence, before, Dan broke down sobbing uncontrollably at what Phil said. It was everything he wanted to hear from Phil.

Phil turned Dan around and carried him up the counter almost knocking over the coffee. He wiped off the tears on Dan's face and held his face, pulling him a little closer.

"May I? "Phil said brushing his thumb against Dan's bottom lips.

"Aydan said hardly audible. They're lips touched and the kiss was filled with passion and love.

"I miss you lion..."

"I missed you too bear..."
