I was walking around the village with Obito to talk or anything really, we just decided to hang out. I got a few stares from people who were looking at Obito like he was some kind of monster. I frowned and gave them a dirty look. "Hm, you alright?" Obito asked, not noticing the faces people gave him or us really. Obito was always self conscious about his face but I eventually helped him get through it. I nodded "yeah, I'm fine" I smiled at him seeing him blush lightly. We came to a stop at this park where no body was there which was a good thing since I was tired of people looking at Obito in an odd way. We sat down on the benches and stared at the sky. watching how the sunset slowly went down on the pink and slightly yellowish sky. What I didn't notice was how close my hand was near Obito's. He looked at my hand and moved closer, about to put his on top of mine but I moved it away to point at the stars "it's so pretty" I smiled at him. Obito flinched and blushed madly "I-I need to tell you something" he asked shyly. I stared at him, my heart beating quickly. Obito gulped "n-never mind" he stood up, ignoring my gaze. I frowned "what? No, you gotta tell me now, don't leave me hanging" I crossed my hands on my chest. Obito gulped "I love you" he said quickly. I sighed "Obito you said it too fast I couldn't hear you" he looked at me with widened his. "I love you" he turned to look at me, he was blushing madly. I stayed still, heart stopping. I stared at him with wide eyes. Obito looked away "f-forget it, it's alright if you don't return your feelings to me, who would date a guy with a face like this?" He said sadly, sighing afterwards. Just when Obito was about to walk away I grabbed his hand, pulled him towards me. Our chests were against each other, the feeling made us both blush.
"What are you doin-"
"You need to stop"
I cupped his face, caressing his face with my thumb. "Your other side shows you who you are and what you dealt with, don't be afraid to show your scars Obito.I love you too" I looked at him deep in the eyes, my face burning but I didn't care at this point. His eyes widened at my words, making his heart beat faster. I leaned and pressed my lips against his, feeling his arms snake around my waist. He pulled us even closer, closing the gap between us. I pulled away and smiled at him, kissing his cheek on his injured side. It meant that I love him no matter how he looks like. I wrapped my hands around his neck and hugged him, feeling him tightly hold onto me.
