I'm about to get all cheesy and sappy so please excuse me;

First of all I would like to thank you all so much for reading my story, for commenting it, for voting it and most of all for supporting it. It wasn't easy to update this story and I definitely didn't updated it as much as I wanted, but you guys stood by my side and read the story every time I did updated it. Usually when I have a writer's block I leave the story like that, inconclusive, but you guys made me find inspiration again so I could finish this story.

With this story I hit so many views I never thought I would reach, and it's still counting. I got more than 1k views in a spare of time of two days more than once and it blew my mind. And then I got 1k views per day and I just cried of excitement. Thank you so much again for reading this story but also for making me want to write more. I honestly never thought this would happen to me.

Thank you to my friends and mutuals on this site for reading my story and commenting, you are all incredible talented gals.

Ease might not be a very well developed story, but I am proud of the way it came out. I struggled the most with Antoine because he is such a complex character in this story, plus writing from the perspective of a boy is always a challenge to me, but I did it and I think I did a decent job.

There are a lot of things I wanted to write about, like Antoine on a therapy session, but I decided against it, mostly because I had no idea of how to do it without it sounding like one of my assignments for school, i struggled with the idea of how to make it right since a session is really private and I don't know it was a bit ethical side of me not to write it. And if I am completely honest Pete and Sarah's wedding was the best idea I could've had.

I also wanted to do a chapter where Antoine told the rest of the squad about his OCD but I never found the right time to add it, so I decided I might do an extra chapter about it at some point.

I would also like to give real life Antoine a shout out. He was the first player I wrote a serious fic when I was sixteen and I have grown so much since then, as both a person and author. I have been writing and rewriting that story since then, and someday I promise I will finish it.

I first noticed him when he was a fetus back in Real Sociedad and I've seen him grow into one of the most promising players in the world. I've seen him become a family man. I do see in Antoine as the epitome of the life most people dream of. He has an amazing woman by his side and a lovely daughter. His talent, discipline and eventually success and the smart way he has handled his career is what makes him to be the promising player the football community has his eyes on.

I could sit here all day and tell you all the things I admire about Antoine. But for now all that's left is to thank Antoine, from Eileen to Marie. From that untitled story to Ease. Thank you for being the face and soul of my characters.

Ease is about new beginnings and letting what's hurting you go. Is about coming back to a place (or people) you call home. Is about trusting people with your secrets and your love. Is about loving yourself and is about friendship.

Friends will always be there for us, friends will help us in ways they might never know.

So thank you for allowing me to write about these things and for all your support.

With love, Chule.
