"just take these antibiotics and you should be all clear in about two weeks," he said. i sighed. only two weeks. just two weeks at the hospital and i can go home. i still had to wonder when i caught it. who gave it to me? "hey doc, do you have a way of finding out who gave it to me?" i asked. he shook his head. "unfortunately, we don't have a way of finding out directly. what we can do is analyze the leftover specimen we were able to scavenge from you and see if any of them are carriers," he said. i nodded and he left. i sighed. i want to wait till i know who gave it to me before i tell nick.

i thought it would be a few days but it was only a couple of hours before the doctor came with the results.
