I hate waking up in the mornings. The annoying chime of my alarm and the smell of the drool on my pillow instantly gave me a headache which forced me out of my bed. I pulled my scratchy covers back and took a look at the time. It was 9:30AM.

I had 30 minutes to clock in at Cosmo's. Being a bartender wasn't all that bad. It just sucks having the day shift because you have to deal with the drunkies from the night before AND the morning drinkers. Well it could be worse, atleast I didn't have the night shift. Loud music and drunk people aren't my cup of tea.

I rolled my eyes at the unnerving thought of the night shift and headed to my bathroom to get ready. As I stepped into my bathroom the smell of mold and mildew filled my nostrils. I acted like I didn't notice it and making a mental note saying that I would clean it up later. (Knowing that I wouldn't) I hopped in the shower and deep conditiond my hair. I shaved my body and rinsed out my curls with cold water. As I stepped out the shower, I realized I forgot my towel. I rolled my eyes

GREAT. AWESOME. YOU DID A GREAT JOB! I mentally said to myself. The cold air made me shutter and I quickly ran to my bedroom. I slung open my drawer and yanked out my black bra and black panties. As I walked to my closet I gave a quick glance at my digital clock 9:44

I let out a loud groan as I racked through my clothes in the closet. I settled on a white tank top and my light blue jeans. I then looked in my jewelry box and grabbed my gold necklace that my dad gave me and matching stud earrings.

While cliping the studs into my ear loob and cartilage, I ran to the the bathroom to tame my wet hair. I globbed de-tangle syrim into my hands and raked it through. I didn't bother with make-up because I don't have anyone to impress.

As I washed the syrim off my hands, I snached my toothpaste and toothbrush and frantically squeezed out some on my toothbrush. Getting some on the counter and on the floor. I paid it no mind as I dashed out of the bathroom to my front door where my sandles were.

I quickly slid those on and ran back to my bedroom to get another glance at the clock... 9:50

SHIT! I squeaked as toothpaste and drool dripped down my chin. I rushed to my bathroom and quickly spit, brushed my tongue, rinsed and wiped my face while throwing my toothbrush down not caring where it landed.

I ran to my bedroom and leaped across my bed to grab my phone, purse and keys off my night stand. One final time I glanced at my clock to see it was just 9:52. I smiled at myself as I headed out of my bedroom while making sure to turn off the lights as I headed out of the front door.

The bright summer sun made me feel like I was going blind. I turned to lock my door as I headed to my jeep to head to work.
