Depression isn't something people talk about a lot. Everyone seems to have their own definition of what depression is, but the thing is its not as simple as that- just a definition. It comes in many shapes and forms like any other mental illness. It's hard to overcome once you think you've beaten it, it comes back again in the way you'd least expect it. Creeping back into the back of your mind slowly but surely. You won't notice it's their at first and it'll slowly become the norm.
Something feels off or your not feeling your best today. It'll go away by tomorrow you tell yourself but soon your telling yourself that constantly. Like procrastination except you don't know how to get rid of it.
Your cheek muscles and whole face is hurting because of the amount of fake smiling your having to do.
