The White Guard is a secret order of guarding they are hiding everywhere they are picked from the I.G and DHG divisions. They Guard the HR and the Emperor and just the best are picked.
No White Guard is knowed just the one who are in the Council. Today are just 2 White Guards in the Council and 100 White Guards.
