OHSHC fanfiction 2. And then there were four.

"Hey....Hikaru, Kaoru, whatcha doin?" Kari and her twin asked to two hunched over boys.

"Oh, hi Kari, Mayu. What brings you here at this time of night?"

"We could ask you the same thing. Are you hiding something? You two have been really reserved as of late. Are you making some thing? Is it a secret gift for someone?" Mayu asked eagerly. "Well, yes it is a gift....quite a big one." Hikaru said. Kaoru nodded in agreement. Mayu squealed. "Ooooh! Me and Kari can help! Right Kari?" She said turning to me. "Uhm...sure?"

Mayu then proceeded to bombard the two other twins with questions until I stepped in. "Mayu! You're happy, now let's go home." I said dragging her out the door. I was tired an  I was pretty sure Hikaru and Kaoru were too, by the looks of it. "But siiiis, I wanna help them!"

"Tomorrow." I said firmly. Mayu pouted the whole way home. Homestuck. Shoosh papping works on humans too.

"KARI KARI KARI!!! Wake up, come on let's go!"

"Mayu. It's six am on a Saturday. Go to sleep." I grumbled from under  my covers.

"You promised  that  we would go help Hikaru and  Kaoru today!" She whined.

"Not at six I didn't. But I'm up now, let's go."

Half and hour later we were out the door and on our way to Ouran.

The school looked deserted, but I knew people were in there. If I concentrated, I could see the lights on in the building. Only in one room, though. The host club's room. Mayu practically jumped out of the car as soon as I had parked. "Come on sis, we're gonna be late!" She called back to me.

"They didn't specify a time. For all we know  this was a prank."

"Aww Kari stop being so negative! Just because it's morning doesn't mean it's a bad morning!" She said enthusiastically. I shrugged and walked in the doors, heading up to th third music room. /All mornings are bad. Especially if it's before 8./ I thought. Mayu was dragging us up the stairs, but in the opposite direction of  the music room.

"Uhm...Mayu?"

"Yes?"

"You're going the wrong way."

"I knew that!" She said, taking off down the opposite hallway.

After many wrong turns and redirections, she finally came to a halt in front of the grand doors.
