We left at about... goodness I don't know it seems like hours ago. There is no sign of life yet, and I am extremely bored. So I try to make a conversation my friends. I look behind me to start talking and I notice that Lea and Kyle are holding hands with their fingers laced together. I quickly look away so they don't notice.

"So.... How's life?" I asked Lea and Kyle.

"Good I guess." Kyle said. I never realized how much deeper is voice has gotten it makes him sound really mature.

"It's fine. Nothing has really happened lately though." Lea replied. She seems in a strangely happy mood. What happened while I wasn't watching her and Kyle?

"It's getting dark. We should probably set up camp for the night." I said. Kyle hasn't left Lea's side all day or let go over her for that matter. I'm starting to think they got married or something and didn't tell me. I decide to ask them tomorrow if they don't tell me tonight.

                                                                                      *******

I look over to see how much progress Kyle and Lea have made while I am making dinner, they had only set up two tents, one medium size and then a small. I assumed that the small one was going to be for me.

"Kyle! Lea! Dinner is ready!" I tell them. They just looked at me and walked over and sat on a rock right next to each other.

"I don't mean to be in your business, but is there anything you guys haven't told me lately?" I asked the couple.

"Well, um... Yeah... I'm a year older than you as you know, and Kyle's a little bit older than me and um... Well..." Lea said. That's right! I forgot that she was older than me, so that makes her nineteen. I thought to myself. Then Lea started talking again, "um... Me and Kyle sort of are um... married now.... and we decided not to tell you but everyone else knows, we were just worried about what you would say..."

Yuck! Lea and Kyle!? And the came with me!? I would of been better off by myself. This is going to be awkward now that I know that because it's a married couple then me. I mean, AWKWARD!  I quickly push those thoughts out of my head. They are my friends after all.

"Oh. Cool I guess." I said. Then we just ate in silence the for the rest of the meal then rushed off to bed.
