Chapter One

Selest's Pov

I tugged on my purple v-neck and black skinny's,adding my bikers jacket and spiked boots to give it a little spice.

Glancing in my full length mirror,I went to the bathroom and put on the regular amount of makeup(eyeliner,mascara,and a hint of lip gloss)deciding to leave my mid length black hair down,I walked out.

I grabbed my bag and keys and headed out the door.

My parents thought it best that I live by myself since they're at work all the time,and because I suggested it.

Plus we were the only ones that escaped while our pack had been slaughtered,so we didn't really have to worry about the pack thing.

I put my helmet and shades on before getting onto my motorcycle and heading to school.

I pulled into a space and smirked at all the stares and jealous glares.

Halfway up the stares I heard some girl whisper,"Look at that slut,who does she think she is?",I pinned her up against the wall,"Did you say something bitch?","N-no".

I smirked at the fear written clear as day,dusting myself off I went to my locker and jammed my keys and books that I didn't need in.

A scent hit my nose,and I stumbled back,turning around I locked eyes with him.

He was halfway across the hall when he whispered that four letter word that I hated so dearly.

"Mate".
