Suicidal Reality

I wake up and hear the reving of a motorcycle. I lean up, and open my eyes to see 5-10 motorcycles lined up next to us at a stoplight. 

"Hey Elise" I hear the driver say. I stay silent, looking out the window and see the motorcycles pull off into the distance. 

"Go?" I say, gesturing to move forward. 

"Elise, we are turning..." He replies. I lean back into the seat, shifting, trying to find a comfortable position. While pulling my laptop from my bag next to me, he turns and pulls into the drive way of the school. 

"Elise, you should probably put that away, we are here." I give a small nod and push the laptop back into my bag. "Have a good day." I say opening the car door, and slamming it shut before he can respond.

I put my headphones in, and walk towards the front of the school. 

"Elise!" I hear in the distance, but ignore it because I can't 'hear her'. "Elise! HELLOOO?" I hear again, pulling out one of my headphones. "Elise I missed you!" She yelps.

"It's only been two days..." I reply as I put my headphone back in.

"What has gotten to you?" She says and I pull both my headphones out and begin to wrap them together. "Nothing Cassidy, it is 7:00am and I am at school. It's not something I want to be doing right now." 

We walk together into the school and I see my boyfriend, Jesse. Jesse and I have been dating for a year and a half. I begin to walk faster up to him, and grin, pushing my hair back behind me and hug him around his neck. 

"Hey babe" he says as he wraps his arms around my waist. "Hellooo" I giggle. 

"Oh so now you're all friendly! I see how it is.." She says and walks away.

"Love you Cassidy!" I yell, as she gives me the finger.

"Isn't she sweet?" I say giggling. Jesse nods and begins to put his things into his locker. 

"Want me to walk you to class?" He offers. "Of course, why wouldn't you?" I reply and put my phone in my back pocket. 

We walk and he grabs for my hand, threading his fingers through mine and walk up the stairs to English Hall. He leads me to my classroom and we stop in front of the door. "I'll see you later?" He says, kissing me. "Mmmhhmmm." kissing him back. I walk into the classroom, "Let the day begin."
