Faith's P.O.V

Just like any normal day I started to go to the game store when I saw it. The most beautiful VR set in the whole world. It was called nerve gear. So using the money I saved I bought it the thing I've been waiting for forever. I ran home to play on SAO.

As I plugged the cord into my console and started up the nerve gear with the simple words "link start!" I looked around eyes wide.'The developers really outdid themselves in this game' was all I could think. I took out my katana and ran out of the village so I could practice.

When I finally reached the I fields I saw two guys. I decided that since I'm a beginner they could probably help me.

"HELLO!" I shouted trying to get their attention, but they still didn't hear me so I screamed a bit louder.
"HELLO!" That's what got their attention. They both started to walk over to me. I stopped running as a sigh escaped my lips. I mean even if it was virtual reality I was still supper lazy.

"Hey do you need help with something?" The red head asked.

"Well I was confused on which way the next village is." I said a little embarrassed.

"Oh, we'll be heading their after we are done practicing." Said the boy with black hair.

"Alright then I'll go with you but you will have to tell me your names."

"Oh ya, my name is Klein and that is Kirito." Klein said with a smile.

"What's your name??"

"Oh I'm Faith." Then we all began to gain xp. When we were done something weird started to happen.

"Well I'd better get going see you guys later." Klein said as he went into his menu. As me and Kirito started to talk Klein interrupted us.
"Um guys my logout button is missing!!" Klein said scared.

"Don't worry I'm sure its only a bug." Kirito said and opened his menu as well to see for himself.

"Faith try to exit the game." Kirito said in a worried tone.

"OK but I'm sure it's just a... Oh no!"I screamed.

"What is it Faith?"Kiri to asked concerned.

"My logout button is gone as well."I felt a little sick to my stomach when I said that. Then out of no where we were teleported to the middle of a village. What I saw was horrific. It was a blood like substance oozing from the ceiling that had formed around us.

*time skip after the speech*

"Oh my god,"I gasped " so if we die here we die in real life. Well goodbye Mother goodbye Father I really loved you." I said

"Faith you can't be serious-" Klein started but I cut him off.

"I'm actually not serious you got it. But, really this can't end well if we all are at risk." I said

"Guys come with me," Kirito said pulling us into an alley "I know the quickest most fast way into the next town that will get us a lot of xp."

"Sorry Kirito but I can't I have some friends that are still in there, so I should really go and get them." Klein said.

"Don't worry Kirito I can go with you." I said with a smile.

"OK let's go." He said pulling me along with him.
