One minute 19 year old Alexis Barnett, was walking with a group of friends, in Washington Pa. Just minding her own business. Then the next minute her and another female in the group were shot. Alexis was shot in the back, and her friend was shot in the leg. Her friend eventually recovered, but Alexis died at the hospital. The first thing people were asking is why was she shot, and who was the shooter.
