It all happened in one night. Jeff changed shifts at his work so he now goes to work in the morning and comes home at night. I was already washing the dishes after dinner but Jeff is not home yet, He is supposed to come home before dinner
Anna was already worrying about Jeff's whereabouts. I finished washing the dishes and she told me to put the baby to sleep, I followed her orders and cradled the baby. Although I was in the Baby's room, I can hear Anna in the next room. She called Jeff's office to know where he is because she can't contact him
"Hello, Can I talk to Jeffrey Long?" said Anna
I can hardly hear the person on the other side of the call
"Wait, what do you mean that he's been fired last month?!" said Anna
then I assume the person on the other end replied
"But he's still goes to work" said Anna
then again the other person replies
"Okay, Alright, Thank you" said Anna then she ended the call
The baby cries for Milk then I make her Milk then I gave baby Katie the Milk. I can hear Anna outside trying to call everyone that Jeff knows to know about his location but she has failed. Anna is really worried, fearing that Jeff got himself in an accident
Baby Katie finally goes to sleep, I sit down in the sofa in the living room. Anna continues to call other people but she still doesn't know where Jeff is. She is on the verge of tears and she's been walking in circles. Jeff finally comes home, He was drunk. Anna hugged him then she slapped him in the face.
"Where have you been?! and why are you Drunk?!" Anna said
"My co-workers had a party, they offered us some beers and wine and we got Drunk" Jeff said
Anna stared at Jeff for awhile in disappointment then she saw kiss marks on Jeff's white shirt
"Are those kiss marks?! Jeff explain this to me now!" Anna said
then Baby Katie got woken up in the other room and she starts crying.
"Shawn, Could you please take care of Katie" Anna said
I went to the other room and It seems Katie needs to change her diapers. I changed Katie's diapers and put her to sleep again then suddenly I heard Anna followed by five gunshots and more screams. I rushed to the living room as fast as I could
I saw Jeff with a gun and a dying Anna. I tried to run to him and get the gun but He shoots me in the chest, It was excruciating but I'm still alive because I'm a 7th Generation Android. He shot me again and in the stomach this time, I fell down and I screamed because of the pain
He tried to shoot me again but he ran out of bullets then he went to the kitchen. I tried to crawl to Anna and try to help her, I got to her, I ask her what should I do but she couldn't speak, she was bloody and she was all focused on her breathing
Jeff got back holding a knife, He kicked me out of the way and starts to stab Anna. I saw Anna while being stabbed. She was crying, screaming and struggling but that was all in vain then she finally released her last breath
Jeff was already bloody, then he walks up to me. He then starts to stab me, he stabs me in the chest, the stomach and other parts my body but since I am an Android there was no blood. It was too painful that I couldn't scream anymore. He tried to slit my throat but the knife had become too dull to cut through my Graphene skin
He stopped then he went back to the kitchen. I was dizzy, I had a headache and vision was a little bit distorted. I tried to stand up, but it was painful with all my damages. By the time I got to stand up, Jeff was already back with another knife
I did my best that I could do at that moment and I kicked Jeff in the stomach as he was walking up to me. He landed on the TV and the entertainment center. Jeff was too close to the door that he would catch up to me If I escaped that way since I was slow
Jeff was already recovering and about to stand up, so I decided to go upstairs. I tried my best to climb those stairs then I went into the bedroom and locked the door. I was thinking out weapons that I could possibly use to fight Jeff back then Jeff finally caught up
"Come out here you little prick!" Jeff shouted then he banged the door
He started kicking the door, I was already panicking. The door was nearly open as the hinges are almost broken then suddenly the door burst open. I had no choice, I jumped out of the window in the bedroom
I fell on the hard ground, It added more pain in my almost crippled body. I feel like if another bad thing happened, my joints would get disconnected and I wouldn't be able or feel to use my arms and legs
I saw Jeff look out at the window and then he goes back and starts to come down. I stood up and I ran as fast I possibly can, I ran away from that neighborhood as fast as I could. I ran through a small forest at the edge of the neighborhood
I got out of the forest and I come out at a highway. I worked my way through the highway and into the city, so I would be well-hidden in case someone tries to follow me. I got into the deep parts of the city, most of the stores and malls are closed
It was already midnight and I have to find a place to rest that I wouldn't be exposed. I found an isolated street corner, I took some old cardboard on a nearby dumpster and I set it on the ground. I lay down in it and I set my body in healing mode then I fall asleep

Author's note / Fun Fact:
The part where Jeff beats up both Anna and Shawn was supposed to be more bloody and gut-wrenching but I thought that it would be too graphic and it would've violated Wattpad's policy and my story will have to be rated as Mature.
