A quick description about the characters in this chapter:
J: Short(er) than G. Has blue-black hair and sky-blue eyes. Is incredibly creative and sarcastic, has a moody personality and tends to be a pessimist. Isn't very popular with girls.
G: Tall. Has sandy-blonde hair and deep chocolate eyes. Is very sporty and funny, has a care-free personality and tends to be an optimist. Is very popular with girls.
J's POV :
First days. What can you really say? They just seem to drone on about how you're in a higher year and how they expect more of you blah blah blah... However there was something I was looking forward to.
He was waiting for me. He raked his sandy hair through his fingers and grinned that stupid cheesy grin. I hated that grin so much. I hated that it sent butterflies through my stomach and how he makes my pale cheeks flush crimson, but most of all I hated him. I hate how he gives me all these hopeful thoughts of a future with him and how he makes me think of him at 3AM when I can't sleep and how whenever I make a wish all I want is him.
'J?' G asks puzzled
'Yeah, yeah I'm coming.' I sigh
'Great.' He says. I start to put my books down
'J?'
'Yeah?'
'Why don't you sit next to me?' He asks.
I couldn't stop myself pushing my books near him and imitate his cheesy grin
He grinned back. Today is going to be a good day.
