Robin woke up early the next morning so that he and Killian could have some guy time before they went to the park with Emma and Regina. He quickly got dressed before heading down stairs, were he made himself a bowl of cereal. He packed a small draw string bag with some snacks and other stuff for later. Robin then wrote a small note to his parents before hurrying to Killian's.
Once he cut through his yard he walked to Killian's back door and just walked in. There families were really close so they could really just barge in when ever they wanted and no one cared. "Good morning Mr. and Mrs. Jones." Robin greeted.
"Oh, good morning Robin." Mrs. Jones said. "Killian's up in his room."
"Thanks." Robin replied before rushing up the stairs.
"Hey mate." Killian said once he saw his friend walk in.
"Hi." Robin replied before plopping down on the floor by Killian's bed. "I need to talk to you."
"Okay, shoot." Killian said.
"I just really need to get this off my chest. It's been eating me alive for 10 years now." Robin sighed. "Okay, here goes nothing, I like Regina."
"I know." Killian laughed.
"What, is it that obvious?"
"Well no, but I have known you since we were three, so I can tell." Killian replied.
"Oh," Robin sighed.
"Yeah. So what do you think about Emma?" Killian asked.
"You like her? Don't you!" Robin asked.
"No, I was just asking what you though of her, nothing more." Killian said.
"Yeah, sure!" Robin teased. "She seems like a nice girl, but a little shy."
"Well, we did just meet her." Killian stated.
"Yeah, I guess. Speaking of the girls, should we go see if they are ready to go?" Robin asked standing up.
"Okay, come on." Killian replied as he lead Robin out of the house.
When they got to Emma's door they decided to knock. They were greeted by Emma's mom who seemed very nice.
"Your friends are here." Mary Margret called from the door.
"Send then in, I'm just finishing breakfast." Emma replied as she eat a strawberry pop tart. "Hey guys!"
"Morning love." Killian greeted. "Are you about ready to go?"
"Yeah, I just have to finish this. Do I need to bring food for later, or money?" Emma asked.
"No," Robin replied. "We take turns bring snacks, it was my turn today. I have plenty, no need to worry."
"Oh, okay." Emma said taking the last bit of food. "Let's go!"
"To Regina's" Killian said.
"Bye Mom, love you." Emma said placing a kiss on her mom's cheek.
"Be back before dinner." Mary Margaret said before shutting the door.
"Okay, before we go into Regina's we just want to let you know that this will probably take a while." Robin said.
Emma gave them confused looks. "She takes forever to get ready." Killian laughed.
"And it doesn't help she had a rule that she doesn't wake up before 8:00 in the summer." Robin said.
"I see, well maybe with another girl around I can help." Emma giggled.
Once they were inside Robin and Killian lead Emma up to Regina's room. They quietly walked in to the dark room. Emma look around at the tidy room, before stopping at Regina's bed. Regina was sprawled out like a star fish. Her hair was a mess and so was her bed. She had a tank top and a pair of fluffy pajama shorts on.
"Go on Swan! Work you magic." Killian teased.
"Regina, come on! It's time to wake up." Emma said lightly shaking her awake.
Regina yawned and rolled onto her back. She slowly rubbed her eyes before opening them. She them looked around her room and her eyes landed on Killian and Robin. "Get out, get out!" Regina shrieked before throwing a pillow a the boys.
They quickly hurried out of her room and went back down stairs to wait for the girls.
"Well good morning to you too!" Emma laughed.
"Sorry, I just don't like when they come in my room." Regina sighed as she got up. "So did they send you to get me ready faster."
"I'm here to try." Emma laughed.
"Okay, well will you find me something to wear then?" Regina asked as she sat down at a small vanity.
Emma waked over to her closet and pulled out a white v-neck shirt and a pair of light blue shorts. She then sat down next to Regina, who was currently doing her make-up. "Do you like it?" Emma asked holding up the outfit.
"It's cute and simple." Regina replied. "Hey can you so something with my messy hair?"
"Yeah, I'll braid it." Emma replied grabbing a brush.
After they were finished they walked downstairs to find the guys slumped on the couch playing video games. "Hey, let's go." Regina said.
"Nice job Emma, you managed to get her ready in less than 20 minutes." Robin joked.
"I aim to please." Emma laughed.
After saying good bye to Regina's parents they all walked outside and headed to a trail, which lead to the park.
