Question: what is the Shari'ah ruling concerning going to extremes in beautification by changing what Allah created?
Answer: Islam denounces such excesses in beautifying oneself as require altering one's physical features.
"...will command them(his devotees) to change what Allah has created..."
(Qur'an 4:119).
