My Annoying Bros (Who Here Can Relate?)

My oldest little bro is 10 although I swear to god he acts like he's 7 most of the time and he drives me insane. I know it's normal for siblings to argue but my god we give the word argue a whole meaning. We have fought so much that one time my Matthew started crying saying he has given up on being nice to me. Those are moments when I feel like the absolute worst sister in the world. I'm not blaming my dad for being such a bîtch but I know that its because of him that I'm such an awful sister. He's such an awful father. He's a good provider. I'll give him that. He would be the first person I would call when I'm all grown up and I run out of money and I need a place stay. But he can't control his anger or what he says to me and my brothers and I've grown up with that making me the same way. I've been like a second mom to my brothers but not a very good one. I need to start being a better big sister. I need to stop acting like my dad.

Every now and then I catch myself starting to yell something at my brothers that my dad always yells at me that makes me cry every time, and then I feel really guilty and I start crying. I'm so worried I'm gonna be an awful mother.

But now back to Matthew. When he was 2 years old when we still lived in our old 2 bedroom 2 bath less than 1000sqft apartment, my dad had to go to work one night. OMG you have no idea how much Matthew started throwing a tantrum. (BTW at the time I was 6) I used to do the same thing when I was Matthews age and my dad went to work at night cause he works in restaurants.

Anyway one day he would not stop crying long after my dad left for work and my mom was getting pissed. So was I but I was 6 and didn't care that much. Then my mom got an idea. Looking back on it now... It was the worst idea ever. Back then it was like the solution to everything.

We had a Nintendo 64. My mom had Zelda. My was all like,

"Matthew! You wanna see something cool?" She got out the Nintendo 64 and we watched her play it until 2 in the morning when my dad got home and got mad that we were still awake.

Ever since then my brother has played on video games 24/7. He spends hours on youtube, Minecraft, kizi.com, etc. One time a few years ago I asked him,

"Who do you love more? Me or video the Nintendo 64?"

"You."

"Who do you love more? Me or the TV?"

"The TV duh. I need it to play on the Wii." *facepalm*

And that is my oldest little brother Matthew. I love him.
