"We have so much to do in less time Mr.Riley, with this ball coming up you need to be ready meaning you need to have a date" my assistant Catherine says.
We have a Family Ball every year for our accomplishments and this year my pops says it's going to be bigger than previous ones because a lot of presents and awards will be given out. Not only that, I was told that I needed to have someone with me, a girl of course, to make me stand out more.
" The Ball is in 3 months Catherine it's not that hard for a man like myself to get a woman" I say.
" I sure hope so" she says.
Catherine isn't your regular assistant, when she first started to work for us she made sure to tell my dad that she wasn't about to fuck her way to the top and yes she said it just like that. She also said that she was a mother of 2, happily married and she wasn't going to mess that up for money and respect. I have respected her every since then. Her husband and I are like bestfriends now.

As 12:00 rolled around it was time for my lunch break. I usually go to McDonald's but I'm feeling Starbucks right about now. Getting to Starbucks I decide I wanted a vanilla latte with a banana muffin. As I was waiting I seen my sister and Alena sitting in the corner so I decided that I would go over as soon as I got my order so I can see wassup with this number Alena promised she would give me the next time we seen each mother.
