Chapter 92

Chapter 92:

I walked into the kitchen as I grabbed me some coffee . Vikki came behind me as she slapped my butt hard. I yelped and looked at her.
Her emotions was off aswell.

I didn't say anything as she kissed me and grabbed some coffee from me and walked away.

"Where you going ?" I questioned .

She smirked sipping the coffee.
"Gonna go see the prisoners." She said walking off.

"Have fun" I waved sipping my coffee.

Vincent walked in holding Hope as she cooed at him.
"Morning mom." He said .

"Hey baby." I said picking up Hope kissing her face as she giggled.

"Kat is with Vanessa. Lana left to go be with her pack ." He told me sitting down.

I nodded my head blowing bubbles on her chest as she screamed .

"Why won't she wake up." He asked me eating cereal.

I looked over at him.
"Her body is very weak. She will pull through. She is your sister." I told him.

He took a bite .
"My wolf is very distant . He wants to be with her ." He told me . "Kat won't speak to me." He continued .

"That's the pull, it will happen. Give Kat time ." I told him rubbing his head.

He sighed as I walked away and out the kitchen.
I set Hope in her jumper infront of the tv. I turned on her favorite show as she cooed .

I sat on the couch as I heard screams from the caller. I turned the tv up and read my book.

"Mèlissa . Vikki wants you." Jason said .

I sighed .
"Watch the baby." I said getting up.

He nodded sitting down as I walked off and down the stairs. Screaming and the smell of blood made my nose scrunch up.

I looked at Vikki who held a man's broken arm in his hold as the man cried .
"This is my wife. " he said to the man.

I looked down at him as he stared at me.
"Why are you people cruel." He said .

"We're not cruel until you piss us off. Trust me. My daughter is up there un responding . Can you imagine your daughter on her death bed. Because stupid Hunter's wanna be cruel and shot a child." I said eyeing him.

He looked away from me as I sighed .
"To think his wife died by my hands and now his son." I said shaking my head .

"Your animals!" A woman cried holding her child.

Lark was about to strike her as I stopped his hand . He bowed and moved away as I bent down on my knee's.

"What's your name." I asked .

The little girl who held onto her mother eyed me. She had perfect brown eyes .

She didn't answer as she was scared .

"Your going to grow up knowing that there are scary animals and people left and right .. The scariest person is standing right next to you." I told her .

The young girl looked at her mother .

"Don't out things in her head mutt -
I slapped her hard.

The young girl cried .

"I didn't tell a lie nor asked you to speak." I said to her .

She didn't move as she looked to the ground. I stood up and brushed my hands off.

"You will stay here until you learn our ways. If you disobey we will turn you.. " I said .

"You can't do that. The bite don't work sometimes " the man said .

"That's not my problem" I told her walking off.

I shut the door behind me as I walked over to Jason who was watching the TV.
I went over and picked up Hope as he smiled at me and got up.

"Should I ask?" He questioned .

I shook my head as I walked away with my baby girl.
I went to the infirmary.

I stood there as I listened to Kat talk to Vanessa.

"You have to wake up.. I know you hate me but your my only friend ." She whispered .

She sniffled .

Vanessa's monitor started beeping as I rushed in with the baby.
Kat was being pushed back as Violet and the nurses rushed to Vanessa.

I looked at my daughter as she looked as if she was in pain.

"Violet?!" I asked .

She said nothing as she worked .

"Kat get Vincent and Vikki now!"

She nodded and ran off out the room.

I watched in horror as my daughter shook slightly. Her heart rate was very high.

Vincent and Vikki ran in by my side as i had Vincent take Hope.

"Vikki.." I whispered .

She grabbed my hand hard as I chewed inside my mouth.

"Her wolf is in distress. She wants to come out and shift." Violet told me as she grabbed some needles putting it inside Vanessa's arms .

"Everyone out ." She ordered .

Nurses pushed us out as I growled viciously at them.
Vikki grabbed me taking me out as they shut the door.

I stood there at the door and fell to my knee's as I waited.
My baby...

Violet opened the door fast.

"Vincent , we need you. Lana took and Mikey."  She said .

"Why?" I asked looking at her .

"She is shifting , if she shifts. She will stay that way or worse.. Die. I need them three because they can't stop the process."

Mikey and Lana appeared before us as they eyed all of us.

"Mikey, Lana. Save my daughter ." I told them as I stood.

They nodded slowly and rushed off with Violet. I took Hope in my arms as she cried slightly . I rocked her in my arms as tears fell from my eyes .

"She will fight through this. She's our daughter."

I passed her Hope.

"What you doing ?" She asked me.

"Getting anger out " I said walking down into the basement.
