Lauren scoffed, rolled her eyes and stood off of the bed making her way across the room to sit on the chair. Once she sat Normani looked at her like she was crazy.

"Are you serious?" Lauren asked rolling her eyes once again.

Normani nodded, she was completely serious. So the latina huffed and slid down to the floor, sitting her back against the wall.

"And take this shit" Normani said throwing the bear, hitting it right upside Laurens head.

"Do you know how fucking childish you're being right now?" Lauren questioned grabbing the bear that was now on the floor next to her.

The question only earned her a grunt from Normani as she sat herself up against her headboard and began scrolling through her phone.

Lauren knew because of this silent treatment she was going to be in for a long night. She thought about leaving but she honestly didn't want to, she wanted to talk to Normani. She needed to talk to her. Along with that she knew mama Drea wouldn't let her leave without the problem being resolved.

"Can I at least sit on the floor by you so we can talk mani?"

No response.

An hour passed of Lauren sitting twiddling her thumbs while Normani was definitely winning the silent treatment game.

She huffed and laid her head down on the teddy bear. With in the next thirty minutes she had dozed off.

Normani heard a slight snore and looked up to see Lauren cuddled up on the floor with Lo bear. She let out a small sigh at the adorableness and climbed out of her bed.

She nudged her shoulder "Come on Lo, I don't want you sleeping on the floor"

The Latina got up and followed Normani to the bed in which they both set on opposite sides. After a silent break in the room Lauren spoke "Are you ready to talk about this?" She asked and Normani nodded.

"I'm sorry for coming in here like that earlier. I shouldn't have."

"I'm sorry for ignoring you for all of those days" Normani responded twisting her lips.

"Please don't ever do that again Mani. I didn't even know if you were okay" Lauren responded and Normani heard the sincerity in her voice.

"I'm really sorry" she sighed "I was embarrassed and I just didn't know how to react to that night" she said quietly looking down at her fingers.

Lauren let out a small chuckle "yeah that was a pretty confusing night"

"Care to clarify?"

Lauren paused for a little contemplating her next move and then let out a sigh "Can I show you something?"

She never ever knew if she'd have the confidence or courage to do what she was about to do now. But she felt that it was time, Normani needed to know the truth.

Normani nodded and she reached in the drawer pulled a note book out. One day years ago Normani gave her a drawer because of how much stuff she always left at her house. She basically lived there, it was really like her second home.

"What's that?" Normani questioned as Lauren flipped through the pages.

Once she found the page she was looking for she looked up to Normani "This is a song I wrote for you. I started it so long ago, like years ago to be exact. It took a while because I would only write it when I was here, when I was looking at you. You'd be scrolling through your phone or watching tv, but those moments I was using you as motivation to write this song."
