I try to avoid interaction with anyone except Taylor and Nadia. "Riley. C'mon. Its just a party. Nadia and I will both be there with you." I shake my head as I close my book to look at them, "I don't do parties." They take my book when I reopen it, "Riley. You're going to this party." I groan knowing that they are going to make me, "You guys can go. I'll stay home." They both exchange a look and Nadia nods, "Then we're coming too your house for a sleepover and we are gonna have a Nicholas Spark's movie marathon." I smile and take back my book, "You guys don't have too do that." They smile at me and stand up, "We want too. You're our best friend. Without you the party won't be as much fun." I laugh and stand up with them, "Okay, okay. Movie marathon at my house. I'll see you guys at 5?" They nod and we all walk the separate ways to our cars.
I'm currently sitting in my pajamas watching our third movie, "Noah is so sweet. How could they ever forget each other?" We are all crying because we know that in just a few minutes the ending will happen. The Notebook is probably my favorite movie out of all of them, but its extremely sad. We finish it and after we're done crying we decide to play The Choice. Its the only one we haven't watched, "I hope its not that sad." I say as we sit on the couch with our pillows on our laps, "Nadia. Hit play."
I wake up with Nadia's head in my lap, Taylor's head on my shoulder and my head on Taylors. This is how we always fall asleep when we have these movie marathons. "Nadia, Taylor! Get up!" I yell and the both jump up, "What's for breakfast?" We get up and begin making waffles, our usual Saturday morning ritual.
I hate the mall, almost as much as I hate parties. Why in the world do I have too have such girly, sociable friends? "Oh my god. Riley that top brings out the green in your eyes, you've gotta get it." I shake my head, looking at the purple crop top. I hate showing skin. "I can't wear this." Nadia stands up, "Riley. You've got a gorgeous body why don't you ever show it?" I shrug because I don't think I have a gorgeous body. "I don't have a gorgeous body." They both just look at me, "will you at least buy it?" They both keep looking at me and so I give in, "Fine. I'll buy the top." They both scream yes! And I just laugh. They're the weirdest people I have ever met."
