Falling for him

Erica's POV:

I woke up to the sound of birds chirping. I saw a text. It was from my boyfriend, Daniel.

From: Daniel <3

hey babe, I'm gonna go out with a friend sorry but I can't go out with you. Love you lots <3

Why why would he do this? He had been avoiding me ever since he got this " friend" he had been hanging out with his "friend" for so long! I'm starting to think this "friend" is his girlfriend! I should have never trusted him. He promised that he would never cheat on me.

*start of flashback*

I was in school. It was the week before the prom. I did not have a date yet. I'll probably just skip the prom. When I felt a tap on my shoulder. I turned around, to see a boy with blonde hair and blue eyes looked at me. " hey I'm Daniel " he said I smiled " hi I'm Erica" I said. " did anyone tell you that you look beautiful?" I giggled. " no" " well you are. " he said. " be my date to the prom?" " you won't cheat right?" " I promise I will never cheat on you." " if that is so, then I will be your date."

*end of flashback*

so much for nor cheating I mumbled under my breath. I felt depressed. I saw another text from my best friend, Marly.

M= Marly E= Erica

M: hey Erica!

E: hey

M: you should check out this guy he's so funny!

E: who?

M: search on YouTube SkyDoesMinecraft.

E: ok...

M: trust me. He's the funniest guy on earth! He turns my frown upside down

E: I guess I'll give it a try

M: yes! I guarantee you will never ever regret watching him

E: ok bye

M: bye!!!!

*end of texting*

I searched on YouTube SkyDoesMinecraft. I clicked on one of videos. Marly was right! I smiled and started laughing! He was soo funny! I clicked the like, subscribed and commented : you are so funny! After watching many of his videos, I realized that he could be perfect! I saw something. I messaged SkyDoesMinecraft

Thank you for being awesome and cheering me up!

And he replied instantly

I didn't know I could cheer you up! You're welcome for that!

I gasped the sky. Replied to me.

Maybe he's the one, that would care.
