Will Cipher/Rev!Bill Cipher. Just ignore the smudge near his bowtie, I honestly don't know how that got there.
This was one of the first drawings on my phone but, it's not one of my favorites. It took at least a week to finish; that was before I found a faster way though. Now I can finish a drawing in three days at most.
The reason he's not crying is because people keep watching me as I drew and I didn't want to be bombarded with questions about if I was OK. (But with all the times the frickin feels hit me with all these different fandoms I got my self stuck in, I'm starting to wonder this my self. (╥﹏╥) ) I'll try to update on Thursdays and Tuesdays.
