How the End Began

Hey lovelies this is my first book so please no rude comments, this is somewhat fiction and somewhat real. Most characters in this book are real though.

Aldrik­-

God this is so hard! I grab her right hand very slowly, too afraid she'll reject my gesture, and look into her eyes.

"I'm sorry it took me so long to tell you this but just hear me out because this is hard okay?

Yamelly, I know we are still young but I think this is love and I don't know if you feel the same way I mean I really hope you do but if you don't, just let me tell you how I feel."

Okay I'm doing this

"Yamelly, I love your smile and I love the way you laugh and how you express yourself through dance and I also love the way you are with your friends and the way you help them figure out how to fix their personal problems. And the way you look at the little kids playing at your favorite park down the street, I just want you to know all of your qualities and tell you how the world sees your beauty and the little things you do, I feel like you see yourself as any other person but your not. You're very very, very special and I love you for that and you're not just special you're funny and always happy and so energetic and you make everyone around you happy its just hard to not feel smart around you because you are like the smartest person I know. I guess you know what I mean because right now I don't and I feel stupid 'cuz I've never really expressed my feelings after the accident so its hard. I'm just trying to tell you that I think I'm in love with you."

Silence

"Please say something Yamelly"

Silence

"I love you too Aldrik."she finally says

"I love you so so much" she says, tears starting to spill now

"Please don't cry beautiful " I say as I wipe a tear away from her cheek "Can I ask you something now?"

"Ask away" she says with a chuckle before wiping another tear

Get on one knee and just ask! She just said she loves you too!

Jay's voice is replaying on my mind over and over again just telling me that everything is going to be okay so I get on one knee, grab both of her hands and let my mouth start running before my brain can catch up

"Be mine, love"

Her face of shock is stressing me out and I'm worried now

"Aldrik I.... I... no" she's crying again and she does something I didn't expect, she slowly removes her hands from mine and I feel a part of my heart break, then she turns around and starts running away from me and another part of my heart breaks.
