"Come here!" said her mother.
She was tired of always getting yelled at all the time.
"I'm coming" said Angela.
Angela had a life that no other person would like to be in her shoes. She has two brother they were older than her. The oldest is 26 his name is Joseph he lives in Mexico. Her other brother is Luis he is 24 and lives with his parents. She really likes talking to them even though she didn't really feel part of the family. She was the youngest and the only girl but she felt left out and no one cared about her.
"I told you to clean your room, HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO REPEAT MYSELF ANGELA" her mother said yelling at her.
"Sorry... it's just I s-sometimes I get tired of cleaning everyday" Angela said to her mother.
"What did you say, you better go clean or you know what's going to happen"
Ever since they deported her older brother her mom changed. She wasn't the same sweet loving mother. She was really strict of cleaning. She always wanted that the house was cleaned everyday. Angela's father always worked he didn't know what was happening home. Angela always knew that her mother loved her older brother and her dad loved her other brother Luis. Ever since she discovered that she knew she was alone in life. At age 17 she knew that she had to change to have a better life than what she has right now.
While she was cleaning her room she thought about her self and how life was treating her. She remembered all those times that she fell in love with guys. She never had her first kiss. And maybe never because one night she promise her self that she will only love herself and no one else and that she would never fall in love again from all those times she got hurt from a guy she really loved and cared about. Since that night she wasn't the same. That night from all the crying she made a promise that she will never break.
"I know that I might not find the right guy so why bother, I'm just a stupid girl with stupid fantasies" she told her self. She knows that finding the right one for her was going to be hard. She has been reading too many stories of love that she doubts that's it's going to become true.
