I mean, do I really still have to put another warning? I mean, I'm pretty sure that you guys know by now that this will be emotional.

It's better than last part though. <3

I promise. (*chokes on laughter because the part is called "promise"*)

It's better than all of the previous sad parts.

Also, I'm really sorry for making all of you low key mad at yourselves. ;-; *gives you all stuffed animals* *makes popcorn and cotton candy for all of you* *gives all of you fuzzy socks and heating blankets*

-it's totally your fault though. HOW DARE YOU!!! (Note: sarcasm XD)

However, I do want to apologize in advance for the quality of this part. I rushed it. I'm so sorry. ;-;

Your POV:

I went too far.

I didn't mean it.

I didn't mean any of it.

I was just mad.

Tears poured down my face as I sprinted down the street. I didn't want to go back to my house and face Aspen. So, I kept running, all the way to the park.

Once I was alone in the park, I fell to the ground, gasping for air, shaking like a leaf in the wind. I let out a sob, trying my best to calm myself down. However, the tears wouldn't stop falling.

Then, the thunder came. Lightning lit up the sky, and the constant booming thunder shook the ground below me. The rain began to pour just like my tears.

Travis isn't here.

My old fear of thunder began to arise again within me, and I couldn't help but cry harder.

I'm a mess.

I'm sorry, Travis.

I'm so sorry.

I did not mean it.

You hurt me. So, I wanted to hurt you.

It was wrong. I'm sorry. I can't believe I did that.

A streak of lightning lit up in the distance, looking like a vein in a leaf. A large booming sound soon followed, making me jump in fear.

I got up from the ground, running through the park, trying to find the small roofed area in the park, since I didn't want to go back home in the rain. I was already drenched, but I didn't want to risk getting struck by lightning.

As I ran, I thought of my favorite tree in the park; the one where I always hid, and the one where me and Travis shared so many memories. Even though it would pain me to go near there, I went to the tree, shaking in fear.

When I turned the corner of the path, and saw the tree, I gasped of shock.

There was a treehouse; A big beautiful treehouse with a spiral staircase leading up to it.
