Okay okay, I SHOULD NOT be starting a new phanfic when TYTS is barely started and I still have Gay Dads.
BUT I've been thinking about this one for a long time, and this isn't the first chapter, is kinda a guide-thing so you understand how this world works. Okay? Okay. Do not complain to me about some things, after all it is FICTIONAL and I can make anything I want. If you skip this, you'll probably be confused.

Humans and Nekos live in a world together peacefully. Nekos, it doesn't matter what gender, have immediate submission to Humans if they haven't been claimed yet.
Only Humans can claim Nekos, a Neko cannot claim another Neko. It does not matter if you're a girl Human, you can claim a boy Neko, and he will have submission to you and vice versa.
Nekos DO NOT have a choice when they are claimed. A Human can claim up to two Nekos only.
A Human claims a Neko by either having sex or giving it a collar, showing off that the Neko is claimed and others should back off.
The only way a Neko can avoid being claimed by a Human it doesn't like is by Parents' Shield. It's a strong scent a Neko will unleash if it's getting threatened by a Human who they don't like and don't want to be claimed by.
Nekos can ONLY get Parents' Shield if they're parents give it too them, by giving them an expensive bracelet or anklet.
Parents' Shield is a scent that lets you know that a Neko cannot be claimed unless it wants to be claimed by a Human or if it's parents allow you to claim they're kid.
Nekos are generally small human beings, and their ears and tails can come in any colors. They are shy, submissive and very kind when they don't feel threatened.
Humans, are, well, humans. They have dominance over Nekos (it doesn't matter what age). They're generally taller than Nekos and are fit enough to where they can protect their Neko.
In this AU (Alternate Universe), there is no such thing as being homophobic, gay, lesbian, pansexual, transgender, LGBT+. It's all perfectly normal and not surprising at all. The names and all of that literally don't exist. (Which is pleasant I know ^-^)
•Dan is a Human
•Phil is a Neko, a pastel Neko.

•Dan and Phil are the same age, 17. Dan is only older by a few months.
•there will be NO SMUT in this story, because I can't write it and I'm sorry I don't like it in my own stories (other stories yeah! Go for it!)
This story will not have a schedule like my other two. This one is a safe phanfic, meaning there will most likely be nothing depressing and triggering. It's a fun story ^-^
I'll most likely only update this whenever I have the sudden urge to write something nice, because TYTS and Gay Dads do not have very nice things coming for them.
If you don't like pastel!phil and punk!dan, go away then.
(Dan isn't really punk he's more the 'leave me alone I only need two friends' person of the school. But a lot of nekos like him and are confused why he hasn't claimed one yet)
