“His friendship strengthened me in a way that no one else’s ever has…” –Anna Oliphant

I read this book at the mall while I was waiting for my mom. I made a right choice to bring this book. And in one sitting, I finished the whole thing. Not because I was bored waiting but because I couldn’t stop myself from reading.  Every scene seems so real. And since I read it at the mall, I couldn’t scream! I couldn’t jump up and down! I couldn’t roll on the ground because I was too carried away! I was like, “Okay, I’ll jump now from this 3rd floor.  I am so done. This author wants me dead.” Really! Because of the twists! It was really great to read, because at the beginning, you’ll fall for Etienne St. Clair. At the climax part, you’ll hate him. And by the end, you’ll fall in love again. YES! BECAUSE I DID FALL FOR ETIENNE! And that night, I was just thinking, “why no man like St. Clair exist?” (laughs) Maybe somewhere, someone like him really does exist. But yeah, Etienne St. Clair and his charm, his charisma, his flirty attitude… everything! Everything seems so real life, because in some books, I feel like those only happen in novels, like the scenes are too good to be true, but in this book… it seems so real life. I never expected that I’ll react like this. Because I was never entertained by its cover and title, I also didn’t search about its brief summary so I was really clueless of what will happen. And to be honest, I’m really not into romantic novels, it’s just that my friend suggested me to read this and luckily I got to borrow this book. This book made me want to read more romantic novels! NO REGRETS! :)

What I like about this book is, I got to relate myself with story. The significant part of this (for me) is when Anna realized that, HOME doesn’t really need to be a place. It can also be a person. And yeah it’s true and I agree with it. Because when you found contentment to someone, when you feel comfortable, when that person seems to be your ‘happy place’, when you don’t want to lose that person then that person is your home. No one wants to lose their homes right?

I recommend this book to everyone! In love or not, single or taken, It will suit everyone! This book will totally make you feel what being in love feels.  You’ll love every character and you’ll sure want more!
