Atesh. A land far from its fiery name. It is known as the safest land in all of Duna with an army of over 2 million soldiers. Their element is fire.
The phoenix is a fire bird; it is their world's emblem. For as far back as the records go, phoenixes have come in ranks, colours and always, always with a human like companion. The two share a bond unlike any and both share an element we all know as fire.Gold, red, blue, black. Phoenixes range in colours and these colours identify their ranks. For over a millenia, gold phoenixes have ruled, their power dominant yet merciful. Their companions are known as the Golden Royals and they have been seated at the left hand of the Greats for as long as they have ruled. Honour and Power are their main concerns, they live by justice.
Surrounding the room were mostly children. Evie watched with mild amusement as they gushed at their heroes, at her. Well, at her digital image. She didn't let her eyes soften however, knowing that in doing so she would be showing emotion. Emotion meant weakness in her world. She made her way to the exit on the top floor. How fitting that even in a museum she still stares down at people. Her reflection stared back at her. Brown eyes, brown hair, fair skin, no life. Her normally silky hair looked dull and frizzy and her eyes held determination but also defeat. This would be her last. She smiled.
Brother, friend, David, Davie, oh my sweet brother, I'm coming to join you.
