"You're crazy"

"Man up"

"What if we get caught?"

"We won't, I do this all the time"

"Oh yeah, you just sit on the edge of clinic roofs, throwing glass bottles and shooting them mid-air all the time?" he said sarcastically,

"Yup"

"Okay then" he said, cocking the gun,

"Put the silencer on, or we'd get caught for sure"

He twisted it on and I grabbed a bottle, "ready?" I asked,

"Yeah"

I threw it and it spun, but was shattered into pieces before it could hit the ground, "nice shot" I say taking the gun, "but you can't beat the master"

"We'll see"

He threw it and I shot it twice, watching the pieces fall onto the rubble with quiet tinkles.

"Not bad, but watch thi-" but he didn't get to finish because we heard footsteps coming up the rooftop staircase, "Hide!" I say, as we get up quickly and run over to the back of the small water tank. It was short so I had to sit to hide the top of my head. Will sat next to me and we let out a small panting laugh. I looked back to see the two people that had interrupted our game, but as I recognised their faces, my smile disappeared.

"What?" Will says seeing my expression,

He looked over my shoulder at Max and Demi, "Oh" he said leaning back,

I looked back again and then regretted it soon after. Demi was holding his face in her hands and kissing him. And he was kissing her. I turned, wiping the single tear the rolled down, making sure Will wasn't looking.

"Is she a mutant too?" Will asked, looking again,

"No she's just... Demi"

"Well, for the record he's a idiot if he thinks she's better than you. I mean, if I got a chance to be in a relationship with someone like you...I wouldn't even think twice"

I smiled, "I'm flattered but, I'm the one that called it off"

"Still, if I were him I would fight to get you back. And if he doesn't think you're worth the effort, he doesn't deserve you"

He looked at me and our eyes met. His eyes were warm and caring and I was lost in them.

"Well, they're gone, we better go" he says, looking away. He stood and reached down to help my up.

My room was cold and I tucked myself deep inside the blanket. Before I knew it, I was asleep.

I saw flashes of the dragon tattoo I had seen last night. It was bothering me the whole day. Who did it belong to? And why was it in my dream?
