SECOND PERSON

The next day was normal as ever and you were feeling excited to meet him again. Well bruh, you can't stop it.

As you locked your front door you heard a voice calling out to you.

"Y/n chaaaaan!" the voice said and as you turned around you were engulfed in a tight hug.

"T-tooru?!"

He let go and you both looked at each other in the eye.

"Hmm? You have eye bags." he noticed, "You also have eye bags you know."

Oikawa smiled and leaned down to your ear.

"Because I can't stop thinking about you the whole night." he whispered and you felt your face heat up.

Pulling back he then grabbed your hand and intertwined his fingers with yours.

"I wonder why you have eye bags as well." he teased and you scoffed, "I watched a movie the whole night."

"Oh really? or were you thinking about me." he teased and smirked at you.

"Trashykawa."

"Don't call me that y/n chan!"

"Assikawa! Y/n! We're gonna be late!" Iwaizumi shouted from ahead of you.

"Iwa chan!" Oikawa whined and you pulled him as he sulked, "Let's go."

[HAIKYUU]

"See you later Tooru." you say as you enter your classroom and he waved in response.

"Yeah." he smiled then headed to his classroom.

But he noticed the bandaid on your eyebrow. He kept it in mind to ask you about it but he completely forgot.

First on her lip then on her eyebrow.

What exactly happened? Why does she have cuts? But she's alone at her house. How did she have those cuts? A cat can't possibly do that.

Those thoughts swirled in his mind but he can't seem to find an answer.

LUNCH TIME

Delicious was the taste of food as you, Oikawa and Iwaizumi ate together.

"Y/n chan, why do you have a cut in your eyebrow?" Oikawa asked and you leaned back on the wall.

"I fell down the stairs yesterday and I even got a bruise on the arm." you said and showed a single bruise on your left fore arm.

"Were you dreaming or something?" Iwaizumi asked, "No, the floor was slippery." you shrugged and took a bite of your omelette.

"You better watch where you're going y/n chan, you'll damage your beautiful face even more." Oikawa says and you turn away, "Stop flattering me, Trashykawa."

"You're really mean Y/n chan."

"High five Y/n."

Your hand met with Iwaizumi as you did a high five.

"You too Iwa chan!"

"Shut up, Assikawa." Iwaizumi scolded as Oikawa pouted and turned to you.

"Y/n chaaaaan." he whined.

You sighed and gave him a peck on the cheek.

"Now shut up."

Oikawa's eyes widened in surprise and stared at you in shock.

"Y/n chan kissed me." he fan boy-ed with flowers floating around him.

Meanwhile you and Iwaizumi sighed in annoyance..

DISMISSAL
LOCATION: AOBA JOHSAI GYM

"Here's your water." you handed Oikawa his water bottle to which he smiled, "Thanks Y/n chan." then he gulped it down and you took the bottle while he rests himself on the bench.

"You shouldn't be overworking yourself, look at you. You're sweating too much." you scolded and wiped off the sweat from his forehead and temples with a towel.

"I'm sorry Y/n, I won't." he assured and smiled at you

You gave off a small smile as you wiped off the last drop.

"Now go to practice" you urged as he pecks your cheek and ran to the court to practice.

You sighed and stood up to fill up the water bottles.

After filling all the bottles you put them on the bag and headed back to the gym.

Once you were there you heard some kind of ruckus to see that Oikawa, Iwaizumi and Issei was gone.

You walked to the bench beside the two coaches and placed the bag on the bench.

"Where is Oikawa and the rest?" you curiously asked Kunimi, "Oikawa senpai fainted awhile ago when you were gone, and he went down with a high fever." he sadly stated and your instincts acted up.

"Are they in the clinic?"

"Yeah-"

And just like that they saw you running towards the exit.

You headed to the clinic and pulled the curtain of one bed to see Iwaizumi and Issei there with Oikawa sleeping on the bed.

"Where's the nurse?" you asked but they shook their heads, "Unfortunately she went down with a flu yesterday so no one's gonna take care of-"

"I'll do it, you guys go and practice. Right now" you cut off Iwaizumi and sat down on a chair beside Oikawa.

"Ah yes." Iwaizumi stated and left with Issei.

You put the back of your hand on his forehead and neck and felt that it was really hot. You stood up and went to the drawers and found a clean face towel then you soaked it in a clean basin of water and went to sit beside Oikawa.

You squeezed the towel to rid of the excess water and placed it on his forehead.

"What did you do again, idiot" you sighed out.

Oikawa didn't respond but you weren't expecting an answer either. You watched his sleeping face as his chest gently heaved up and down.

You laid your head beside his chest and drifted off to sleep.

[HAIKYUU]

"pai-.....senpai.. Y/n senpai, wake up." someone said as your eyes opened up to see that the lights were on and Kunimi was standing in front of you along with Iwaizumi, Kindaichi and Matsukawa.

You sat up and looked around. Oikawa was still sleeping on the bed then you saw his mother standing on your opposite.

"We're gonna have to take Oikawa home, it's already late." Iwaizumi explained and you nodded.

You turned towards Miss Oikawa.

"I'm sorry for the hustle Oikawa san." you bowed and stood up, "No it's ok, Iwaizumi explained the situation awhile ago when you were sleeping. And thank you for looking after him." she said with a smile.

"You're welcome." you smiled back and watched as Iwaizumi and Matsukawa carry Oikawa by bringing his arms around their shoulders and that was when Oikawa woke up.

"w-what happened?" he weakly asked, "You went down with a high fever, idiot." Iwaizumi answered.

"Ah ok, is y/n chan here?" he asked and looked around, "Present." you raise a hand and he chuckled.

Now he was walking with the two as he leaned on them.

Upon seeing this scene in front of you, you immediately remembered friends.

This is what friends are made for.

A sad smile spread itself on your lips as you looked down.

How can I be so weak over something like this.
