Vic was helping Kellin's mother clean out Kellin's room and then he found a book. The reason Vic was at their house was because all of Kellin's loved ones were gathered together for his upcoming funeral. His mother told him she was going to take a break and Vic could see all the sadness in her eyes so he nodded. He understood that she couldn't quite stand to be in his old room.
She left to go take Harper, Devereaux, and Hudson away from the house for a bit. Katelynne and the kids moved back to where her family lives and caused so much things with Kellin all because of what Vic and Kellin kept between them.
