A child's laughter sounds from the hall just out of the door, which wakes me up unwillingly. I notice the steady rise and fall of his chest first, then realize that this isn't my room and this isn't my shirt.

Then I remember.

He must have felt me move my head, because he murmurs a good morning.

I press my hand onto his chest and push myself up into a sitting position. My head rests in my hands and I let out a sigh.

"What's wrong?" He asks, trailing his fingers up and down my spine.

"I have never done that before," I mutter.

"What? That, meaning..."

"No no no! I've done that, but not with someone I hardly know and I've never done that after only knowing someone for 3 hours before hand,"

I pull my head away from my hands and look to him. His hands are resting under his head, the muscles in his arms showing.

"Well, neither have I," He chuckles, "So, consider yourself special," He winks at me. Sending another scarlet blush to my cheeks.

I sigh to myself, and flop back down onto the pillow.

"I feel... bad," I murmur, rolling over to face him, only a few inches - maybe 2- away from his face.

"Bad? Why? You didn't chea-" His eyes look alert towards me as he rolls over, so close to me that I can feel his breath on my face.

"I broke up with my boyfriend about 2 months ago,"

"Okay, so what's the matter then?" He smiles, pushing a piece of baby hair off my face.

"I don't know. It's just, not like me to do that," I chuckle, grabbing his hand.

Why isn't this awkward? Shouldn't this be awkward? I didn't even know he existed up until last night, then we just slept together, isn't it supposed to be awkward?

His ringtone blares from his phone and he reaches onto the bedside table, in no hurry at all to press answer.

"Hello?" He mumbles, staring at the roof, "Didn't you know I'm on holidays?" He chuckles, running a hand through his tangled, blonde hair, "Yes, I'm in Australia," He murmurs waiting for a reply. "I only got here the day before last, so I have another 3 weeks here," He chuckles, resting his spare hand on his stomach, "Well, I'll make sure that I meet up with them, when I get back," He nods, looking concentrated, "I promise I won't forget. You'll call me anyhow you always do!" He laughs, and I can hear faint laughter on the other line, "Well, I have to go, but I'll see you in about a month. Ciao,"

He hangs up and throws it into the blanket, "Sorry, work,"

"Where do you work?"

"It's not so much as where, but what do I do? My job doesn't have a set location, but in a way it does," He lets out a murmur of laughter and takes in my confused look which slowly turns to a sheepish smile.

"So, your job doesn't have a 'set location' but it does?"

"Precisely," He smiles, "I'm an actor,"

"What?"

He laughs and pulls me over towards him, so my head is resting on his chest as it was when I woke up, "You heard me,"

"That's a different type of job I'm used to people telling me," I smile, even though he can't see it, "But i get your joke now!" I say.

"See? It did make sense," He murmurs, pulling absentmindedly on the ends of my hair.

"As much as I don't want to, I should probably get going," I sigh, looking at the clock, "It's almost 12:30,"

"How are you getting home?"

"Taxi," I chuckle, standing up and naturally pulling the hem of his shirt down, "Damn it,"

"What?"

"I only have what I wore last night, to wear back home. Everyone will figure it out, because people don't wear this around Melbourne in the day time," I say, holding up my short, tight black, white and green dress that I borrowed from Laura.

"Well..." He says, looking up to the ceiling again, looking deep in thought, "I know! I remember seeing some sort of clothing store two doors down, I'll go down and get you some pants, and you can borrow one of my shirts,"

"I don't-" I start to object but get cut off.

"I don't care if you don't want me to. I want to. And besides, if you wear my top, then we only have to catch up again so you can give it back," He smiles, winking at me.

He gets up and pulls a grey t-shirt over his head, and some faded, grey jeans with holes in the knees on as well.

"I'll be back in 15 minutes. Make yourself at home," He smiles, passing the TV remote to me.

"Jamie! Wait!" I squeal, running after him and catching him at the door because I couldn't go any further in just his shirt, "You don't have to buy them for me, my purse is in my jacket! Just one second," I say, turning to run and grab it.

"Too late," He smiles wickedly as he steps out of the door and stands about 5 big steps away from the threshold. "If you want to stop me, you have to come and get me,"

I humph and cross my arms across my chest. "Well then. You know what size?"

"I can guess," He smiles, stepping into the elevator.
