It's been a week since she started to live with us and after the day that I held her hand she's decided that she wanted to just ignore my presents for a while cause she didn't want to even become my friend at all and every time I try to talk to her she just rolls her eyes and pushes straight past me, I think she's serious about this but I'm not, I will get her talking to me again.

"Maria please talk to me you can't ignore for the rest of your life" I said running after her and grabbing her wrist to turn her around, she tried to pull away from me grip but she couldn't.

"Let me go"she said really angry.

"Not until you talk to me"

"I just did now let me go"

"No"

"Please"

"If I do will you stay and talk to me"

"Fine whatever" She said and I let go of her wrist she just looked down in pain, wait I know I didn't put that much pressure on her wrist and when I look down she's holding it wait a minute does she cut?

"Can I see your wrist I promise I won't do anything I just want to see something"

"No now can I go" She said hiding her wrist so I couldn't get it.

"Not so fast angel let me see your wrist then you can go"

"Stop fucking calling me that and why do you want to see it so bad"

"I just do please"I know she won't let me, so I had to do it the hard way.

"Whatever but please just talk to me why are you ignoring me"

"Because I want to is there a problem"

"No it's just that......"I went on she didn't seem to pay attention to what I was doing so I quickly grabbed her wrist again gently but she winced in pain, and I lifted up her sleeve and saw about 4 cuts on her wrist........

"What the fuck Maria"

"Stop let go of me that's none of your business"she said about to cry.

"Ill let go of you but this is my business, why do you do that?"

"You don't understand, now I'm going to go and you won't tell anyone about what you just saw deal?"

"But Mar.."

"Do I make myself clear Reed?"

"Yes" I said and with that she walked off and I'm pretty sure she started to cry, but why would a girl like her do something like that she's so beautiful, she gets good grades, she has really good parents and friends why her..........maybe there something she's hiding from everyone, and im gonna find out what it is.

When I got my lunch I saw that she was sitting by her self and saw that her friends were laughing at her so I sat down my tray told me friends I'd be right back.

"Hey what's going on with Maria why is she not with you guys"I said going over to her group of friends.

"She cuts why would we want to be friends with someone who cuts?" One of the guys said, and i so bad just wanted to pick him up by the neck and choke him, but i kept my cool.

"You saw them?"

"Ummm we saw her do it"

"Do you know why?"

"Why do you care?"

"Because she's important to me"

"Whatever she said because she has personal problems and one of them was you" they all laughed, wait Im the reason for one of those cuts to her but how, I walk over to Maria and sat down in front of her.

"What do you want Reed?"

"I want you to come sit with me and my group Kitten"

"I dot want to sit with a bunch of jerks"

"Trust me there not bad ill protect you ok?"

"Why"

"Cause I don't want you to sit by your self"

"Fine whatever but I'm not talking to them"

"That's fine as long as your with me" I say which made her look down blushing we both got up and walked over to my table.

Maria's POV

"Hey who's this pretty little lady"one of his friends asked and I just scooted closer to Blake and now there's no gap between me and him for some reason I feel safe when I'm around him.

"It's ok kitten" Blake says putting his arm around me.

"Ohhhh nicknames are you guys dating?"

"N-no" I stuttered, but I really wish I didn't say anything because now there just all staring at me in 'awwwwe' cause of how shy I was.

"It's ok, it's ok"Blake whispered in my ear trying to calm me down because I don't need to be shy around them.

"She's shy isn't she" Another one of his friends asked him.

"Ya she is but it's adorable"he said kissing me forehead which made me jump in surprise and start blushing really hard.

"Ok we'll this is Eli, Trey, Dalton, Garett, and of course you know me already" Blake said pointing at each one when he said there names.

"H-hi" ughhh why do I keep stuttering.

"Sup so if your not his girlfriend there your probably some girl that he likes to bang right?" Eli said which really hurt me so I just got up and ran out of the cafeteria.

Blake's POV

"Sup so if you not his girlfriend there you probably some girl that he likes to bang right" Eli said which of course made Maria jump out of her sit and run off.

"What the fuck dude"I said getting up about to go look for Maria.

"But it's true right?"

"No it's not I actually like her and was going to ask her out at the right time but I think you just ruined it for me"

"Woah Blake's gone soft what a surprise and for the schools good girl surprising" he said, I turned around and punched right in the face.

"Ya I have but I'm the leader of this group and I finally declare that your out of this group"

"What do you mean finally" he said holding his nose which had blood coming out of it.

"We all wanted you out of the group so we just waited for you to slip up again so now your out"

"Whatever bitch go get your slut"

"Boys finish him off" I say running off to go find Maria and let my bros beat the living shit out of him when I found Maria she was sitting down curled up in a ball crying with a blade right next to her..........
