Bruce had just returned to the manor with Selina and a very weak Jim.  He was in the kitchen with Alfred, drinking coffee while his butler made breakfast.

Alfred cleared his throat, "Well, Master Bruce, while it's just the two of us I-"

"Alfred, please.  Don't try to convince me to stay.  After Detective Gordon is well and on his way, I'm leaving with Selina again."

"Yes, I understand Master Bruce, but-"

Before Alfred could get it out, Jim entered the kitchen, his arm slung over Selina's shoulders.  Bruce chuckled to himself at how small Jim made Selina look, and he rushed over to help her aid the man who seemed twice her size.

"Found him in the hallway trying to walk down here."

"Detective Gordon, are you alright?"

"I'm fine, Bruce," he said in his usual gruff voice.

Alfred sighed exasperatedly.  So much for talking to Bruce alone.

While Alfred put a plate in front of Jim, Selina snuck around him and snatched bacon out of the skillet.  Bruce raised an eyebrow at her, but said nothing.  He poured a cup of coffee for himself, but when he turned around, he found Selina standing right behind him.  She eyed his coffee, and then made a pouty face.  Bruce rolled his eyes, handing her the hot mug.

Pleased with herself, Selina crossed the room and took a seat on the windowsill, despite there being a table with more than enough chairs.

Later on, after Selina had gone to the GCPD and pretended to rat out Jim, she had returned to Wayne Manor.  Jim was gone, presumably to deal with Nygma.

Bruce was in the study, opera music blaring, door locked.  She had been instructed by Alfred not to go in under any circumstances when that music was playing, so she simply snuck about the manor.

After a short while, Selina came to a floor she hadn't even explored before.  It was much smaller than the others, seeming to have only two rooms.

The first doors was to her left, dark red, with intricate gold decorations on them.  She reached for the handles, surprised to find it open.

Everything inside the room was covered in a thick layer of dust, and it looked abandoned.  The room seemed almost like a ballroom, though fairly small.  A crystal chandelier hung from the ceiling, and the floor was made of slick, gold tile.

After admiring the first room, Selina moved on to the second and final room on the floor.

The door was the same color as the walls, designed not to stand out, unlike the double doors that led into the small ballroom.  When she reached for the handle, this time, it was locked.  Selina was almost happy that it was, because she loved picking locks.  She knelt down in front of the door, pulling Bobby pins from her tangled hair.

After a minute or two, she heard the lock click, and stood back up.  Replying the Bobby pins, Selina slowly twisted the handle, and stepped inside.

It was a small, but still fanciful bedroom, with a queen sized bed and a small reading nook.  To her left, in the same wall as the bed, there was a door, slightly ajar, presumably leading to a bathroom.

Just as she was stepping into the room and beginning to look around, Selina heard the bathroom door open completely.

And then she heard a scream.
