Michael woke up and it all felt like a rerun of the previous day. His body hurt so much, maybe not as much as it did before but still Michael wanted to cuddle into smooth sheets and call his mom to make him some chicken soup. But then it all it him, the mattress didn't have sheets and his mom was dead.

"Hey, kid. Get up, need to make yourself useful while you're here." Michael's eyes snapped open and he looked at Calum who was already dressed and had probably done some important camp stuff while Michael slept in his bed.

Whines almost spilled through his lips while he lifted himself off the bed. His hands pressed against the wall in a ridiculous attempt to hold himself up. Michael then felt a pair of warm hands on his shoulders. Calum's hands helped Michael steady himself and take a few steps until he got used to the pain on his body, he knew it would get better has the day went on, the mornings were just a bit tougher. "Thanks." The paler boy mumbled and shrugged Calum's hands off him, he already owned the intimidating boy so much and having him help while Michael was in pain was only adding to Michael's debt with Calum.

"We got you some clothes, we don't have much to chose from but Halsey said this would fit you and make you look hot." Calum rolled his eyes when he pronounced those last words. Michael tried his best to avoid the blush from finding his way onto his pale cheeks but the boy was to sensitive, he could never mask him emotions. Meanwhile, Calum was the opposite; his face rarely showed any emotion and his words were cold.

"Thanks." The former tech expert mumbled and grabbed the clothes from Calum's hands.

"Get dressed, I'm waiting for you."

Michael got dressed and looked down at himself (since there was no mirror) and he to admit he did look really got the clothes Halsey picked.

The boy quickly walked out of the small house not wanting to make Calum wait any longer, when Michael opened the door Calum was leaning against the side of his house.

"Let me fill you in on today, it's 4pm, and I have no idea how you managed to sleep that much. Mandy is the girl who usually takes care of the kids 'round here but she's not feelin' well today so guess what, Michael? You're going to be a daycare teacher for a day, kiddo." Even though Calum's words suggested he was talking with excitement his voice sounded just like always, mad and demanding.

They walked around the camp and stopped where four little kids were sitting. "You already know Blue, these are Alejandra, Noah and Logan." The four little kids waved excitedly and Michael waved back.

"What am I supposed to do with them?" Michael decided to whisper so the kids wouldn't hear him even though they were too busy talking to each other about comics, the only thing they had to have fun besides each other.

"I don't know, Michael. Just talk about comics or something, you look like the kind of guy who likes those things." Calum said and began to walk away leaving Michael in charge of four kids for three hours.

"Bye, Cally!" He saw Calum turn around and rolled his eyes before sending the kids a small wave and a big smile. Calum smiled and Michael was speechless, he had seen Calum smile for example after he pressed a knife against the boy's neck but it was a sarcastic smile, this time, Calum was really smiling and Michael would be lying if he said it wasn't the prettiest he had ever seen.

Those three hours weren't as bad as Michael thought, he talked about comics most of the time, but he was so tired. The kids kept asking questions, and pulling Michael's arms, pinching his nose and laughing, they were evil. At the beginning, Michael felt bad for Alejandra because she was the only girl however he noticed how she fitted in so well with the other boys and taught them some manners since they were all animals.
