Chapter 2 | Hell :
Today's the first day of school and I'm sure hell ain't ready for it.
I got ready and headed downstairs and see my aunt Suzanne cooking breakfast for me.
"Morning kristen ." She said handing me a plate
"Morning aunt Suzanne, where's Uncle Tom?" I asked while eating my bacon
"Oh you know your Uncle Tom always hunting for ducks and shit."
She laughed
Ever since the incident and my mom abandoning me, I called my aunt Suzanne for help since I didn't have any one else left. After that she was willing to take me in.
"Oh crap, Sorry to break the conversation but I'm going to be late , see you later love you bye!"
Once I'm out the door I see my best friend Chelsea's car parked Infront of our lawn. About Chelsea.. she's not really a pro at driving but she's trying her best at least.
"Yo yo what it do?" Chelsea said
"Fo shizzle." I said
I sat in the front seat and we started driving to school.
"Uncle Tom is hunting for ducks again, weird." I say
"Yeah Him and my dad went out to lake hunt to smoke a blunt... Ha see what I did there?"
"God you're an idiot." I laughed
Then it went silent. There was no music, but the view In front of us was amazing, sometimes I wish it would be like this all the time. Complete silence. The sky is like the color of cotton candy, everything was perfect for that moment Until Chelsea hit the brake to hard.
"Woah what the fuck Chelsea?" I said gasping for air
"Don't blame me. Blame those two assholes over there."
I looked by my side to see the car that almost crashed into us. I looked for the driver, he had brown hair and blue eyes. He's cute I thought, But next to him was a girl, might be his girlfriend.
"Watch it asshole! We could've died." Chelsea said
"But did you die though? no. So stop bitching and let my boyfriend drive us to school." the blonde girl said
The guy was staring at me in a strange way, as if we've seen each other before.
"Come on Hayes, let's leave these two girls to cry." The girl smirked
Hayes... Sounds familiar.
I looked at the guy once more .. He then mouthed "sorry".
"It's ok." I mouthed back
After they drove away Chelsea kept on ranting about how they should've turned their signals on, and well me I was trying to figure out who the guy was, he looked so familiar, he could've been Nash's-
"Kristen, are you even listening?" Chelsea said
"Huh? What oh, no sorry.. I just zoned out for a bit."
Chelsea shook her head.
A few minutes later we arrived to school and parked in the schools parking lot.
"What do we have first period?" She asked
I shrugged
"I'm guessing we have history first ." I said
20 minutes later
HISTORY CLASS:
Fuck, I don't wanna be here. I think the worst part about losing someone i guess.. is having people coming up to you and say "Im sorry for your loss". I don't want anyones pity at this point or ever . Yes my dad passed away two months ago but having someone bringing it up all the time, kills me inside.
After having a small talk with myself, these two guys and a girl came up to me
"Hey i just heard, im really sorry for your loss." They said
"thanks, i appreciate that." i said
Once they left, I looked to my left to see Chelsea and Ryan (My other best friend) talking.
"Hey Ryan, new hair cut?" I said
"Yass you know it girl." He said
"Dude Ryan you should've been there this morning, I was driving to school and-."
"You? Driving? Oh god.."
"Alright alright, make fun of me but get this, this douche bag didn't turn his signal on and almost crashed into us! How unbelievable is that?" Chelsea said
I rolled my eyes as if I was possessed, god I love Chelsea but she is so dramatic.
"Tragic." Ryan said
The bell rang. Everyone went to their regular Seats and as for me , Ryan and Chelsea we didn't have to move which is a good thing.
Everything started out good but it was pretty damn quiet for a classroom filled with jocks and girls who are damn obsessed with themselves.
I got out my book and started reading for a few minutes.
"You know this is a perfect time to meditate ." Ryan said
I laughed while I was reading. Got to say everything was pretty damn quiet so I looked around me to see no one here but me and Ryan .
"What the fuck, the class was just filled with people how the fuck did they disappear that quick?" I said
"Rumor has it, there's a celebrity in the building.. Just about now. They're downstairs if you wanna go." He said
"Well hell yea lets go and see who it is."
Ryan and I headed to the cafeteria to see a huge crowd in the middle and they were screaming pretty hard that I had to cover my ears .
Once me and Ryan finally got closer I got to see who it was... And it was him again.
