The moon still cast rays onto the bedding as I played with my hair, twirling it around my finger , watching time pass by. I closed my eyes as everything began to become a haze, veering off to sleep. But I felt someone else's, besides my own presence in the room. My eyes shot open and I looked around to see if anyone was there. Nobody... I let out a sigh of relief . "Oh thank gosh. "
"Go back to sleep." A voice came out of the shadows.
I jumped up in shock. "L-levi? "
"Yeah it's me." He replied , walking out into the rays of moonlight , it casting shadows on his pale skin. He looked almost surreal in the moonlight , as the light caught onto his raven hair , giving it a distinct dreamlike shimmer.
"I couldn't sleep so I came to cheque up on you."
"But how did you get in, I was awake the whole time..." i said a bit stunned.
"your eyes were closed when I came in..."
"O-oh ." I replied
He walked up to the bed and sat next to me. "I scared you didn't I? "
"U-um n-no, it's fine you didn't. "
He leaned over and kissed me on my forehead. I smiled a little bit , I don't know why I did but I smiled. "Your smiling, why?" Levi said in almost a whisper.
I blushed. "N-no reason , I was j-just enjoying your company...."
He looked at me surprised , but that soon faded away , as he crashed his lips onto mine , I flinched slightly , but then I kissed back , letting his hands creep behind my back and ...
"Ouch!" I yelped, my back was unexpectedly sensitive. Levi pulled away as soon as he heard my cry , he could see I was in pain.
" let me see your back" I turned around for him to see , As he undid my gowns buttons (at the back) I could feel his cold fingers down my spine , I shivered under his touch, as he reached the spot I tried to stop myself from screaming. His fingers traced the area. It was an old wound , slightly infected
"You got cut Rebecca ." He said calmly.
"What , how, who , when!?!?" I couldn't stop myself from screeching it out.
"Do you mind not screaming like that , it's irritating. " His words so blunt they pierced through my ribs into the soft tissue of my heart. But it didn't hurt , I found it amusing how he could be so straight forward.
"If you'd like I can fix you up?" He said .
"Yeah I'd like that." I don't think anybody had ever taken care of me this way before. Levi wasn't as bad as I thought , he's an amazing guy.

My back burnt , the wound wasn't as small as I thought , my whole back had been sliced , but the bandages helped , I covered my chest and tummy with my shirt , as levi wrapped the bandages around the wound.
"There, you should be fine now."
I slipped my shirt back on and started walking back to my room , when levi stopped me . "Don't you want to chat." He said weakly as I heard his voice trail off.
"Levi it's cold here... can't we chat tomorrow." It was in the middle of winter , what was this guy thinking. I carried on walking upstairs . But I felt his arms wrap around my waist and lift me from the ground effortlessly.
"We are going to chat , if you like it or not." He growled.
He picked me up as if I was his hostage and carried me to his room.
"Let me go levi!!" I protested.
He plonked me down onto his bed , his room smelt of peppermint. " alright levi what do you want to talk about!?"
"About you...Rebecca. "
I paused and took a deep breath. "What about me?"
"Do you remember now, everything?" He blurted out.
I looked at him shocked at what he said. "No I don't remember us or anything."
"Not even when we... He paused.
"Not even when we what?!" I said confused.
"When we ... never mind. .."
"When we what, when we what! Levi!" I said grabbing his shoulders abruptly.
"Stop." He took my hands off his shoulders.
"It's none of your business anymore, you don't even remember a thing." His words came across even more harsh than before.
I grabbed onto his shirt , clenching my fists around the material. "T-then make me remember." Tears started to fall from my face "I w-want to remember I want t-to know who I am , who you were , who we were." I cried out.
He took my hand and said. "Why don't we wait until tomorrow, but for now let's go back to bed."
He wiped my tears away with his hands , and held me in his arms , I could hear his heart beat as it soothed me to sleep, and I fell asleep in his grasp.
