Chapter 1

Naomi's P.O.V

It's been two weeks since me and Ayumi have been back. Two weeks. The search party is still going on, and no one will leave us alone.

Let me explain. Me and Ayumi came back after 2 nights of being missing. We went to my house because that was the closest house and my mom was thrilled. She was crying and everything. She asked what happened and that's when we realized; we can't tell people what actually happened. They'll think we're crazy. Luckily, Ayumi was smart enough to say "We don't want to talk about it right now." She even put on quite a convincing act. She stuttered a bit and had her voice quitter than usual. 

My mom bought it. She said "Oh, you poor little things. I'll call your mother, Ayumi. You too stay in the living room."

We walked into the living room and sat down. "What are we going to tell everyone?!" I wisper yelled.

"I've got everything covered." Ayumi wispered. "If anyone asks us about what happen, we'll say we don't wanna talk about it for a week. After a week we'll say we were kidnapped and knocked unconscious by our kidnapper. I'll say I woke up once and say what he looked like and say that was the last time I saw all my friends. Then you'll say that you think about a day later, you woke up and only saw me. Our feet and wrists were tied up so you pulled against the ropes on your wrist and broke free. You then untied the rope from your feet then carried me to safety. After that we'll say we haven't seen our friends since I woke up the first time."

"Wow." I said. "You really do have everything covered."

We stuck to the plan. Everyone is still looking for the others. I haven't truly smiled in weeks. Home room isn't the same without Mrs. Yui. Lunch isn't the same without our friends. Nothing will ever be the same again.

I'm tired of being interrogated. I'm tired of all the memories from Heavenly Host. I just want everything to go back to normal. Actually, I don't care about normal, I just want my friends back. Please, God, give them all back.
