-KJ's POV-
As I stroll down the hallway of this God forsaken foster group home, I'm left to think about the family who's adopting me. I mean who wants to adopt a 16 year old? Plus I've heard they have two twins. Have they even thought about this.
"Get off of me" I grunted and pushed a little kid away.
"Make me" the boy starts kicking my feet. I was about to push him to the ground until I got interrupted.
"KJ!" One of the leaders of the group home calls me over.
"You're foster family is coming in 10 minutes to pick you up, go get ready and pack your stuff."
I smile and did a happy dance after I got to my room. I start packing the little amount of clothes I have. Once I have every thing packed I sit down on the bed and think about the foster family.
What if they don't like me? What if the two twins and their sister hate me. All those questions are running through my mind and I start to get more nervous.
I'm actually gonna miss this place. I've been here since I was 6. I grew up here and half of the foster kids are my closest friends. Especially Lexi. Shes been here since she was 5. We grew up together.
"KJ, You're foster family is here."
I stand straight up from the bed and run in the bathroom to make sure I look presentable. The pit of my stomach is growing more and more nervous by the second.
I walk down the hallway following Camilla to my new family. I see two middle aged adults standing in front of the building with big smiles on their faces.
They walk to me and almost tackle me with hugs. I start laughing and I whispered a thank you as tears start to form in my eyes.
"Aw don't cry darling, My name is Lisa, Cmon lets go to the car."
Me and Lisa make small talk as we're driving home. Home. It been forever since I could say that. I love it.
We pull into a beautiful two story house. I unbuckled my seatbelt and get my stuff from the back of the car and start heading to the front door with Lisa.
I walk and turn around to close the door and walk to the kitchen to see two somewhat identical boys with wide eyes.
"Ethan, Grayson, Welcome you're new Foster sister."
