Jack's POV.
All I felt was pain. First in my stomach next in my face the last thing I remember was a kid I'd never seen before walking away leaving me behind broken in pieces.
Mark's POV.
I was reading my book How to kill a Mocking Bird when I heard yelling and ....crying? I quickly ran over to the giant group of kids and saw that they were punching and kicking someone. I punched the kid on top of the crying child. The kid that was punching him quickly turned around and saw it was me. He looked at me and chuckled the next thing he said didn't hurt me because he'd said it before." Hey faggot you better run off before I start kicking your ass just like this fagg!" I quickly realized what he just said and told the principal. The principal took the boy to his office.
Jack's POV.
I looked up and realized I wasn't being punched anymore and stood up only to see a kid that look around my age walking away from me. I quickly ran and caught up to him.
Mark's POV.
I started to walk away because why would anyone wanna be my friend? But... to my surprise he was running toward me I stopped so we could talk.
