Chapter 1- Single Again

Hanna's POV

After years of dating Caleb, I don't feel like he's the one no longer. No more butterflies, no more heavy breathing and heart racing when his eyes meets mines, feeling like he's just one regular guy again.

I'm in my room, sitting on my bed, my back against the headboard, while surfing the web on my laptop until I heard the doorbell ring.

"Oh god... he's here..." I whispered to myself as I took my mac book air off my lap and went down the stairs to go get the door.

Once I arrived down stairs, I peeked out of the window just to make sure it's Caleb. I see him standing there waiting for me to open the door and also bought me food, everyone knows I LOVE food.

I called him over because I seriously gotta get this out of my chest. Meaning, like, I have to end this relationship ASAP.
I can't just keep acting like I'm still in love with him.

I took one last deep breath before opening the door.

"hey baby, I got you your favourite pizza!" he said grinning as soon as I opened the front door.

"oh, thanks!" I grab the box from his hands and just start smelling the goodness of it, literally forgetting that I'm gonna break up with him.

"hey, where's my hello kiss?" he chuckled.

I ignored, the sent of the pizza made me go into another world, like pizza is the love of my life, until... Caleb made me come back to reality.

"uhmm hello? Babe you there?" he said waving his hand in front of my face.

I just gave him a death stare and rolled my eyes. "hi"

"Were you just cheating on me?" he chuckled.

I chuckled also and brought the pizza to the kitchen placing it on the kitchen table.

He followed me and wraps his arms around my waist and gave me a quick kiss on top of my head.

I quickly turned around facing him, looking straight into his eyes. It looked like he was lost in mine, glancing at my face, biting his lower lip.
I don't feel the same way he does for me no more, so I let out a cough so he can stop staring at me, making me feel uncomfortable at how close we are.

He leaned for a kiss, and I hesitantly let him. Our lips met, and I felt nothing. I  quickly broke the kiss, pushing him gently, and he gave me a confused look.

Caleb's POV

Hanna has been acting strange lately this past few days. She doesn't wanna cuddle, we don't hang out often anymore, always telling me that she's always busy, and now she broke our kiss that lasted less than three seconds? I feel like she doesn't love me anymore.

"Han, are you okay?" I asked. She wouldn't look at me and so I lift her chin up so our eyes could meet. "Babe, what's wrong?"

"Caleb, we need to talk..."

She walked up the stairs to her room and so I followed her. I had a thought in my head that this wasn't about to be good.

Hanna's POV

They had voices in my head that wouldn't stop telling me to break up with him. He's such a nice guy, I don't wanna hurt him, but this is wrong, I have to tell him the truth. The truth that I'm no longer in love with him.

I sat on the bed and he came and sat next to me. His head was down like he knows what's just about to happen.

"So what do you wanna talk about..?"
