why do you cut

Why do you cut?

Is it to look skinny?
Too fat? arent you starving?
Cutting won't help, go eat some food my darling.

Is it for attention?
Is that what you seek?
you do know attention is not
for the meak.

Do you cut to escape?
The cruel world outside.
But what about the others, the ones you leave behind?

If you cut for perfection then stop right there!
You are beautiful even if some people don't care.

Beauty's on the inside but don't cut to deep.
That beauty will come flowing out and drip down to your feet.
