Her Eyes Tell The Truth

She smiles as the third guy walks up to her and asks her if he can buy her a drink. She shakes her head but he persist. She smiles it off but he gets her a drink anyway. Strawberry Smirnoff see suggest,
"I don't really know why you're bothering me" she laughs.
He looked confused "Bothering?"
She smiles and flashes her engagement ring. He laughs "Oh engaged, or married?"
"Engaged" she glows.
He laughs it off.
"The reason i came over here to you, knowing you HAD to be in a relationship, is because your soul is calling for me".
She sat there completely silent.
"Its not bad, or that weird" he pushed. "Its just, your eyes were calling me over to you."
She looks at him and laughs awkwardly "What did they want?"
He stared deep into her eyes and smiled "They wanted me to tell you that you're safe, and you can be happier if you see what he sees".
He instantly got up. Left the 3dollars for the drink and a note with $300 dollars in it.. the note said "You Can Get Away From Them"
She drove home after sipping her drink and eating some fries. She walked into her door and it was dark "He must not be home.."
She laid her keys on the kitchen counter top, and walked into the living room. She turned on her favorite TV show "Orange is the New Black" and watched so intense that she didnt hear the door until it slammed close.
She jumped up "Doug?" She ran to the door, she saw no body. She ran back to the bedroom and there wasnt anything but an open window. She looked outside and saw that Doug's car was in the back lot. She was instantly shaken. She looked around and saw nothing. She walked to the living room to get her phone, but couldn't find it. She walked into the kitchen 'Maybe I left it in the car?'
She walked out her front door and saw the man who gave her the $300 at the bar not 3 hours ago..
"What are you doing here?"
"Tomika, I can save you, but you must leave now!"
She shook her head and went to dart to her car. He was there before her, but he didnt even move.
"Living out in the woods, cut off from the city life, just you, me and our upcoming family" is all she could hear Doug say in her head.
"What do you want?" She cried and he unlocked her car.
"Just get in!"
She refused once more, he wouldn't take no, he picked her up and threw her in the back seat.
He got in and drove 100mph up the dirt hills to the main road.
Silent until they got to the bar.
"Come in the bar with me!"
She looked so worried. But she followed. As soon as she walked in the whole place lit up. It was empty, like literally empty. A bar, on a Friday night at midnight, empty.
She looked completely horrified when he opened a secret latch to the basement. He motioned for her to be quiet, and then motioned for her to follow. Her brain said to worry, her heart felt safe.
She went down the ladder to a house.
Tiny first room, white walls, coat closet.
She followed his every move.
He closed and locked the latch door and he looked at her and pointed to the big door. She walked out to find Doug playing video games.
"WHAT THE FU€K DOUG?!"
He looked at her with a worried look.
"Mikaa, baby are you okay? I've been so worried about you, I told Eric to come meet you so I can talk to you alone."
She glared and crossed her arms.
"What is going on?"
He looked at her very upset "Mika, Tomika, our house is located by some men from the bar earlier, the two that kept asking you to buy you drinks and offered to drive you home.. They're slave owners and they wanted our property for trade stays. And when i refused.." he pulled up his shirt to reveal a wound on his ribs.
Mika instantly broke down.
"If Eric didnt get there when he did, they wanted you."
Mika turned to Eric "why did you give me $300?"
Eric smiled,
"I tried to get you to stay a bit longer.."
Mika shook her head.
"JOSIE IS SUPPOSED TO BE COMING OVER TO WATCH THE NEWEST ORANGE IS THE NEW BLACK!"
"Josie, my sister?" Doug looked at Mika.
Mika looked down "yeah, her"..
You could see the fire burn in Dougs eyes "She is the one that tried to sell you Mika"
"But i just told her where we are.." Mika looked at Doug with Panic.
