It has been two years ever since my 15th birthday and the year where I got pregnant. It has been rough but I got through it with the help of my family and friends.

“wwaaaahhhh.” I looked beside my bed when I heard my little princess cried.

“Shhhh baby….mommy’s right here.” I told her as I cradled her little body in my arms.

She’s my life now and I have never regretted of keeping her and not chose abortion. I named her Aqua, it is a star’s name and has a meaning of “Lucky star of the King.” And Aqua also means water and thinking about it, she was…well…created beside the beach so her name kind of suits her, and I love it. Aqua, she’s very calm and now she’s one year old. She got her blonde hair from me but the rest…is all from Caleb. She’s like a female version of him. Her lips, dimples, her eyes, those green eyes of hers are so similar to Caleb’s.

Speaking of the father, aside from his name…I never got know more of him but his face is still stuck in my head. How he casually talked to me, how I chuckled when I saw him fishing, how funny he looked like when he caught the fish…how…how I felt his kisses…I shook my head. I should forget someone who is probably moving on with his life the moment that I was out of his sight. I sighed.

“Whoa…what’s with the sigh?” Eric said while leaning at the door smiling at me.

“Nothing, I was just…thinking.” I said and put Aqua down.

“If it’s about her father, forget it.” He said and walked towards Aqua and played with her. “Who’s my favorite girl?” Aqua giggled. “That’s right…it’s you.”

I hissed. “Not fair…how about me?” I teased.

“Shut up…you’re not little anymore…you have boobs now.”

I thwack him. “Meanie.”

“Guys you’re going to be late if you’re just going to play with Aqua.” Mom yelled from the kitchen.

“We’re going.” I said.

Eric took Aqua and we all went downstairs. My family loves Aqua. Keith and Fred are now in college but every time they visit, they never let go of her. I like the fact that my brothers love kids, I’m pretty sure they will love their own kids. Eric is now in his senior year and soon enough he will be in college, so we are going to school together from now on. I am going back after 2 school years of being home schooled. To my surprise, my fear of gaining weight after giving birth was long gone since my figure is now back to its origin, thanks to my fast metabolism and determination to get some exercise.

Well my friends has been great for these past years…they never judged me, Well I got some scolding from them especially from the boys. A smile escaped my face when remembered Norman, Jordan and Jake was crossing their arms and the three of them are facing me like my mini dads. They told me about being stupid and clumsy…but in the end, they gave me a big hug and said that they will always be right beside me. Then the girls came in as they were listening at the door.

They were great and Tracie? She’s now one of my best friends. To my surprise, as bitchy as she was…she was one of the people who stayed behind me, she’s also the first person who was with me in the delivery room cause we were starting hanging out that day. She was pretty strong willed; she held my hands until the very end. She even volunteered to be Aqua’s godmother. And now, Tracie and Eric are together. I know I should roll my eyes and be disgusted but…they suit each other pretty well. They complement each other’s differences. When Tracie talks, Eric listens, Eric wants to do things out of the ordinary; Tracie will understand cause she knows how weird my brother sometimes could be. See, they suit each other well.
