He Cried [One Shot]

      It was nearly summer. The rays of sunshine touched her cheeks as she walked near him. He looked at her as if he's saying, "This girl stole my heart." She gently slapped his cheek because he didn't notice that he was staring at her the entire time. He held her hand and annoyed her by playing with her soft fingers. She pouted and pinched his ear and he always find her cute as ever. She held her blue dress as they walked to the restaurant where their first date took place a long time ago. He held the door for her and she gave him a sweet smile. He bought them something to drink and had a never-ending chitchat about their lives and what they're going to be. They had a good time.

      Tuesday and it was raining. She went to his apartment because she missed him. She cooked dinner for him and he taunted her cooking making her pissed off and her eyebrows furrowed. He said he was just kidding although he's not. He brought her smile back and they ate the most delicious dinner of their lives.

        They watched a movie and sit together on the couch. She laid down on his arms and he embraced her as if it was the last time. She fell asleep and didn't finished the movie. She left him awake. He stared at her sleeping face and listened to her breathing. She was the most beautiful in his eyes.

       A cold weather made her sick. He visited her and brought the most fragrant flowers in the world. She smiled at him even she's dizzy and was about to faint. He took care of her and didn't leave her. He stayed awake all night just to make sure she's okay. He held her hand and kissed her lips. She smiled and said thanks for taking care of her. He was very happy when she got well. She was very happy because he was happy.

      Circumstances made him weak. His failure made him swore and got angry with himself. She hugged him and said everything will be okay. He hugged her back and thanked God because He gave her to him. She gave him strength and inspiration. He realized he was the very lucky guy on earth because he has her.

         They walked hand in hand at the park one day. They smiled at each other and you can see in their eyes that they were very contented just being together. They talked about their future. How they would take care of their children and each other. He wished that he could have her forever. She wished the same.

         It was a very frigid evening. He was wearing a black tuxedo while holding a bouquet of white roses. It was her favorite flower. They're having a dinner date but she didn't know. All she knew was he wanted to see her because he missed her. It was a perfect night for him to ask her hand. He was about to ask her hand and have a happy ever after.

        He waited until midnight. He waited for the rest of his life but she didn't come. She came somewhere else. Somewhere that he wasn't able to go. Somewhere that he wasn't able to reach.

             He cried and wished for the heavens to have her back. 

             He lost the most precious part of his life.
