"The end." The teacher sighed, closing the book. Finally! Georgia thought, putting her own version of the book down on the table. She hadn't enjoyed the book, but by the looks of things no one had, not even the teacher.

Just then, the lunch bell rang. The class didn't even need to be dismissed, everyone was already out of their seats. Georgia quickly rose out of her seat and followed behind the mass of people filing out of the doorway.

Her locker was just down the corridor, so she put her pencil case and folder into it and got out her lunch, a small sandwich and a drink. Outside, Georgias' best friend waited for her. She was a quite short, slim girl with bright green eyes and shoulder-length auburn hair.

"Georgia!" She squelled, running over to Georgia and hugging her like they hadn't seen each other for years. It certainly felt that way after that English lesson.

"Woah! Hey Aimee." She gasped, as Aimee had knocked the air out of her. "How are you?"

"I'm fine! Guess what? I got a B in my science exam! I didn't think I had done that well but..." She rabbled on, but Georgia lost focus and her eyes wondered around, watching a group of popular girls pass by them. Ugh, they were so full of themselves. She shook her head and then looked at Aimee.

"Well done!" She smiled encouragingly and Aimee grinned back.

"Thank you!" She seemed to have calmed down a bit now she had told Georgia the news.

"No problem." Just then, Georgia glanced over to her left and spotted a strange-looking boy. She was sure she hadn't seen him before. He was wearing olve-green trousers and a cream waist coat, with a slightly darker cream jacket with olive-coloured diamonds. His hair was a beautiful blonde, his eyes were sky-blue and his skin was almost as pale as snow. He was beautiful.

But the thing which made Georgia insecure was that he was staring intently in her direction. Wearily, she glanced around to see if he was looking at someone else, but there was no one there apart from Aimee, and it was pretty clear he wasn't looking at her. Georgia looked at Aimee and then back to where the boy stood. He was gone.

Surprised, Georgia blinked. Surely she couldn't be seeing things. He looked so real!

"Georgia?" Aimee asked, a hint of concern visible in her voice. Georgia shook her head and sighed, concluding it was just her imagination.

"Sorry, I thought I saw something, let's go eat our lunch." She turned away and started walking. Still not entirely convinced, she looked back but still, there was no one there. Okay, so he wasn't real. She turned away and walked off with her friend, talking.

But where the boy had once stood, he appeared again, the gentle breeze snaking through his silky blonde hair, a large smirk visible on his face.

"So you think I'm just a vision, huh? I'll prove you wrong." He said in a sweet voice. The boys' smirk transformed into a sly grin as he watched the girls fade into the distance. And with that, he was gone...
