Gabby's POV
It was the first day of counseling at the animal shelter, and I hated dogs, like hated them. Then I remembered the time when I was a little girl.

I went to the park with my mommy and we got ice cream. Then I saw a German Shepard, and I wanted to pet it. So I did it, then it bit my butt. I was crying...Mommy got scared then took me the hospital. Then i had to get stitches. Which really hurt. Then that was the last time I ever got close to a dog

Welp, I'm screwed...My mom dropped me off. When I said goodbye she said
"Don't forget, I will pick you up at 4:30!"
"Okay mom, love you!" I yelled
When I walked in the shelter, all I heard were barks and chattering.
Then I see this boy.
He's cute, tall, hella tattoos. Damn, he made me drool like a dog. He then starts walking up to me.
"Hey" he says
"Hi" I say with a smile
"What's your name?" he asks
"Gabby" I say
"Cool, I'm Alex" he says with a smirk.
Woahhh.. Alex is hella fine
He then leads me to a kennel where all the dogs are. They all bark when we walk in and I stay back
"Hey, aren't you coming" he asks
"No, Ill stay back here" i say with a sweet smile
"Come on, i to want to show you someone"he says sticking his hand out for me to take...
I walk in the room he led me into... Dogs....
Barking...
